Comfortable rooms and clean. The waiter for the evening meal was very helpful and efficient.

The reception staff were under pressure due to the hotel being fully booked and came across as being grumpy. Also, we had pre- booked a specific timeslot for our breakfast, but we had to wait until a rable was available because with the hotel being fully booked, guests came for breakfast and just sat down where and when they wanted without a pre booking. The food selection for breakfast was good (apart from the baked beans being cold), but the room layout could be better with the breakfast selection being in one end of the dining room.instead of next to the individual tables. There were no kettles in the standatd rooms (only in superior rooms).

The location was great. A short train ride to the centre of the city, so very quiet. The room was comfortable, clean and the temperature was perfect when using the air conditioning. Breakfast choices were fantastic. You definitely couldn’t go hungry even if you were a fussy eater, there was so much to choose from. Had a couple of small issues but after talking to a member of staff they were sorted in no time. Housekeeping was available when you wanted it, and in a time when we’re all trying to think more about wasting the planets resources, this all makes sense.

We had to hire coffee/tea making facilities, yet there was an ironing board/iron in the room? Just a bit back to front in our opinion, but at least they were available if we wanted them.

We approached Stockholm Central daily by commuting trains through the very close station - hence transportation is ideal. There are nearby taxi stands and bus stops as well. There is also a near food store (Willy's) full of special groceries. Close to the site we saw a McDonalds. The room is very quiet, everything is as advertised. Bed was OK (a little bit soft for us, but this is only personal preference). Breakfast was plentiful, with wilde sortiment of food types from continental to english bfast, also included swedish specialities like meetball, sortiment of marmelads and pastries.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room with a great view (18th floor), very good breakfast, nice idea with the table tennis in the lobby! Great location, very close to the railway station, fast connection with the downtown center.

Personally I didn't like the mattress on the bed (double bed) - not comfortable when you sleep as a couple and it's "moving" all the time! Too bad you cannot open the window - it was a wonderful nice and clean wind outside! Unfortunately the Sky terrace was not open and we couldn't enjoy the 360 degrees view from the top!

The location is the best to have a quiet and safe place in Stockholm, and very close to the train station (5 minutes walking) and it is side-by-side to an auditorium, where some events happens. The staff also is INCREDIBLE, with many people happy to help and to give you the best experience while you stay in the hotel. And the breakfast is fantastic!

The only thing I didn't like is that in the bathroom, the shower, there is a "level down" and when it is wet or with soap, can be difficult for some people, especially very young or very old. And BOLT service is not available in the location, but in the city center there are BOLT options.

The facilities were amazing, great views and an excellent location within easy reach of the local commuter rail network. Friendly service. We visited on a busy weekend in the city and it was a budget-friendly option so our expectations weren’t high, however we were bowled over.

Breakfast - the buffet itself was great, a very good selection including allergen free and alternative options. However, it loses a point due to organisation. There is a booking system. On the first morning, we booked in advance as recommended and there were no free tables for us so we had to wait, so I don’t know why the system exists

Friendly staff and a great location right by a supermarket, with a train station very nearby. I enjoyed the efficiency of this hotel in terms of booking breakfast and cleaning in advance, as well as how we were provided breakfast boxes upon check-out. It was a busy time in Stockholm because of events going on, but the hotel never felt overly crowded or busy. I was extremely happy with our stay!

Water temperature - the water never got hotter than about lukewarm. This was not a problem for us because we were here in the spring, but may be a problem in the winter.

Excellent hotel, brilliant and very friendly and helpful staff; at the reception hall- available: tennis table, football table and interactive table- keep your kid occupied in the hotel; very good breakfast and amazing service during the breakfast; good location- few minutes by the commuter rail and 2-3min to get to the station, trains-every few minutes.

The hotel was actually not as out of the way as expected. It is near the commuter train station which allowed for easy access to central Stockholm. The breakfast buffet was also great with lots of variety and the staff were courteous.

The bed was two single bed brought together which was not the best set-up. It would have been better as well to have shampoo and soap and not a generic liquid for both body and hair. Other rooms had both but some did not. Prices were a little high.

Every thing was very good, the staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful , food breakfast and the stay was perfect. Only needed extra pillows in the room and also we were 3 persons in a room which was small for three persons. I recommend to have larger room for three persons.
