The location of the hotel is very near the bus station, which can take You to nearest Commuter rail (or You can walk) and it will tako You to the cener of Stockholm very fast (maximum for me was 20 minutes). The location was also good because it was quiet during sleeping hours. The staff was very helpful and freindly. The room was ready when I arrived, they explained to me how to initaly use the transport in Stockholm, Always at the service to help. At my check-out, on my request, they organised me a taxi at a specific time to the Central Bus Station since I was checking out at night. The room and bathroom were clean and comfy. It was cleaned regulary. It was quiet and very good for sleep after the return from the sightseeing of Stockholm. The breakfast was in my opinion excellent. It is continental, but with many choices. Excellent way to start a day.

I really liked the Brunnby hotel, Stockholm. I stayed there for four nights and had good time. The personal is really nice, friendly and always happy to help. I had a cozy room with view to the street. The room was clean, modern and warm. The hotel breakfast was fresh and tasty with great variety of options for everyone (gluten-free was no problem here) and exeptional quality. Overal I can only recommed travelers to stay here, you definitelly get a lot value for the money.

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast with a lot of options. Comfortable hotel with car parks and quite convenient to take a tram or train to the center of Stockholm. Free coffee and juice during our stay.

Nothing particularly except that the cafe machine was broken the second day during our stay, but the staff worked hard to boil hot water and coffee for the next morning breakfast. I appreciated that. We would like to stay there again!

Amazingly friendly staff!!! Told me how to easily get to the central. 10 min walk + Only 2 stops by train. They also asked me about the Taylor concert and seemed really interested hearing about it 😃 Really good breakfast with fruits, bread, cold cuts, eggs, paté and warm food (which I could barely eat because all the other things I had. And some sweets I couldn't eat since I was full. Remember they kindly ask you to leave the room key before you go out but they have 24/7 reception ready to help you. The night reception was also very interested hearing about the concert even though he was busy and it was midnight or 1 in the morning 😃 The same with the morning staff even though there was no power for about 45 min and they were busy they also time to ask about the concert. All of them gave a very sincere goodbye which was very kind of them! 😃

I was taking a shower about 16:00 o'clock and the water was really cold. After a few min when I was almost done the warm water was ready. This only happened once the other times it was perfect. The sink in the bathroom was a little too close to the toilet so if you a bigger person than me it would be a bit annoying. Personally I would say these are minor things.

Everything about this hotel was done correctly. Clean, modern rooms. Good price. In my particular case, it was right next to the place in Årsta I was visting, so the location was fine. For most people, however, they will probably dislike the location, as it's in an industrial area and there's not much around. For example, the only restaurant open nearby the night I was there was a Burger King. (This was on New Year's Day.)

The ceiling was a bit loud and I could hear the people above me more strongly than in most hotels.

I like the overall service of this hotel. They always offered me a cup of tea every time I come back to the hotel (my visit is in the winter and it was very cold). The breakfast also great comparing to the price. The room always cleaned when I come back.

The location is quite far from the city center. The nearest train/tram station is about 10 minutes walk. However, there are two bus stops at the hotel. If you planned properly, I don’t think you will have to walk that much to the station.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. I also really liked that we could just go to the lobby whenever and make a hot chocolate or tea. Also it's close to a train station.

The supermarkets close to the hotel are only for business owners so you need to take the bus/tram to buy groceries.

Hotel is located in industrial area, parking for free. The interior is old style but feel very comfortable, you have all what you need in the room including refrigerator. Personal is very nice, they look look to make your stay as nice as possible. Feel like visiting family. Good breakfast.

Room was warm and clean, wifi worked very well. Breakfast is pretty good. Our room was cleaned and towels were changed on daily basis. Staff is kind and welcoming. There is a bus station nearby, and also a ~10minute walk to the nearest metro/tram station which takes you to city centre. Overall a great experience, I would come back again for sure!

It’s a bit far from city centre, so be prepared to spend some money on public transportation, which is a bit expensive.

The staff is really helpful and nice. The whole hotel was clear and also they daily change the towels and they made my bed too. The breakfast was really good. They have delicious foods, fruits and apple and orange juice too. They have some types of coffees which are really good.
