That I had to move to a smaller room because the one that I booked was cold

Overall, this hotel is great, but what really makes it special are the people who work here. Ali takes amazing care of guests, starting with breakfast in the morning and later making sure the rooms are even cleaner than the day before. And Mr. Georges, the night concierge, is always helpful and available no matter the hour. On top of being affordable, the hotel is run by truly wonderful people. As a French guest, I 100% recommend it!

The only small thing I missed was having some fruit at breakfast, but it’s just a minor detail compared to the wonderful stay overall.

The room didn't have opening windows, but there was good enough ventilation. I'm used to sleeping in a cool room but it was even hot in the room. The location is a bit inconvenient but this is a problem due to the renovation of the stops right in front of the hotel (I hope that in the future it will be more convenient to get to the transfers)

The staff is super friendly and helped with every small request. Overall the hotel is quite fresh and clean. There is a kettle and a mini fridge in the room, however no mugs or tea/coffee. There is a coffee machine downstairs at the reception though. Breakfast varitety is sufficient in my opinion for this category of hotels, everything is fresh.

The pillows are really small (square ones like sofa cushions). The trucks start unloading at 6am right downstairs so you can hear it clearly. Some part of the building is a warehouse and the rest is the hotel. It's fine if you are an early bird. The hotel is located in the industrial zone and I'm not sure if I'd feel safe walking there alone late in the evening.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they are there to help you with anything you may need during your stay. Nice atmosphere at the hotel. Rooms are well equipped and I overall enjoyed my stay a lot. Location is well connected via public transport and there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Missing some more varied breakfast options (same breakfast each day), some things in the room (TV, heater) should be fixed as mine didn’t work. But they will still help you if that’s the case, so always feel free to ask.

A nice place to stay in many ways. Friendly and helpful staff members. Engaged and interested in helping you. You want another towel, no problem. Check in was smooth and easy. I think the reception is open 24h. The place is extremely clean. Kind of like you want it to be, but seldom see:) My room had a comfortable bed and bathroom. All I really want. A good continental breakfast served in a large room with a lot of space between tables.

The location outside this hotel doesn't match the all nice inside. It's quite the opposite. Maybe the bad weather with heavy snowfall and strong wind made it worse. Summer time no problem waiting for transport, but is when it's cold and snowy

Syrian staff lady was really nice. The room was compact but comfortable and neat, with all necessities. Really liked bed linen - soft and comfy. Breakfast was nice. Overall very good for spending the night.

The location was kinda shady 😅 industrial hood - my hotel was the only one in the middle of all those warehouses, it actually could be a past warehouse itself 😃 nearest bus stop was 15-20 mins walking through the industrial hood and by the highway. Well, there actually was one stop right by the entrance of the hotel but it shuttling on weekends, only workdays and only in the mornings and then after 17:00. Also prices in Stockholm are inadequately high for my understanding.

The staff was nice, room was clean and comfortable and modern. The breakfast was nice. Super comfy bed.

Somehow it seemed like some things were still missing in the room, for example there was a kitchenette, but only one glass in a room for two (and apart from that one glass, there was nothing else, no cups, cutlery, nothing in the kitchen). The biggest problem was that the hotel is in the same building as some kind of warehouse and there was quite a lot of noise coming from downstairs starting from 6 am in the morning.

The room was clean, spacious and cozy. The bed was fantastic, with quality linen and really nice quality of the pillow and duvet. The staff provided excellent service and was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was included and had a wide variety of everything one wanted. Warmly recommended and thanks so much, especially to the really nice woman in the reception wich we had a very interesting talk with before we left 🥰

We took the regional train quite late at night and we used Google maps to direct us. It sent us through a backtrack through a industrial area wich was a bit deserted and dark. We would like to recommend taking a taxi or the bus more close to the hotel, it took us ten minutes to walk so it wouldn't cost much.

Every aspect in the hotel overall was really great. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The building was beautiful with great art and overall design. Breakfast was delicious and the room had everything necessary. I'll definitely visit this great place again when I come to Stockholm. Thank you for this great experience:)

Can't really think of anything that I didn't like. The only thing that I'd like(am used to) is for the windows to be openable, but that's no big deal.
