It’s a lovely, well-maintained hotel right near a park. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our shower didn’t drain properly, but the staff quickly fixed it. The room was a bit small for our family of three, but ultimately it was fine. The location is a bit off the beaten path; during the first part of our trip we stayed in Gamla Stan, so this location felt more remote. However, we enjoyed experiencing a different neighborhood of Stockholm, and it’s an easy walk to busier sections of Sodermalm, and to the metro.

truly charming traditional Scandinavian guesthouse which despite big capacity (and being quite full on May's long weekend) manages to stay comfortable and relaxed. located in very calm surroundings yet still just 10 minutes away from subway station (and less than 1/2 hour to reach the old town). I also enjoyed very nice breakfast buffet with great choice of healthy things.

just a warning for visitors coming in busy periods: breakfast area can get crowded between 8.30 and 9.30 AM so if you hit such peak period, try to wake up earlier. Stockholm is beautiful in the mornings anyway, so why wouldn't you want to?

We were surprised to see every morning how many people were staying in the hotel although the nights were so silent. The walls must be well isolated. Breakfast is great and the kids adored the waffles !

The hotel is a bit further outside of Stockholm's city center - which can be a disadvantaged. However, the hotel's neighborhoud and location within walking distance from a beach can be a strength as well.

Gorgeous location in the city! Hornstull and Sodermalm are great areas with tonnes of coffee houses, second-hand and vintage shops and great food. The hotel property is a little oasis right on the edge of a park and the ‘urban gardens’. Rooms are simple, comfortable and the beds comfortable too. Breakfast is delicious and caters for all tastes. Staff all lovely. We’ll be back for sure, next time with the kids and when the outside part of the restaurant and bicycle rental place are open :)

Everything was great

The hotel is in a quiet surrounding, next to a big park, 5 minutes walk from the Metro station and several restaurant and cafe', very practical. Cozy atmosphere, very nice staff, abundant breakfast, very good Swedish Fika in the afternoon. They also serve dinner, the menu is not extensive, but quality and quantity are good. Fast, friendly service. The rooms are not large, but comfy, the kids can sleep on foldable bunk beds. The hotel has a covered parking with electric cars charging outlets.

The cleanliness was ok, not sharp, but ok. The rooms are a bit small, there is not much space to arrange the clothes. The bathroom is a bit oldish, although all was functioning well.

Outdoor seating for food drinks was a nice place to hang out. All staff friendly and helpful. Free sauna was ace! Nice chilled location...bout 30 mins walk into centre. More of a locals neighbourhood vibe than a touristy one which I personally like. Good shower. All in all a nice place.

Lights above bed on wall made it impossible to sit up in bed to read/watch TV. Bed mattresses kept sliding off bed?! Memory foam hot. But otherwise the room was ok. Not bad really.

The warm welcome at reception was very much appreciated. The rooms are very well designed and very Scandinavian, I appreciated the small touches that made it so functional. The hotel has a good location accessible from the metro through a pleasant walk in a park. It seems to be in a historical building in the neighbourhood. Breakfast was quite nice, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, many types of breads, sausage, bacon, fruits, cold cut meats and salmon.

I have zero complaints at all for this hotel. My sister lives in Stockholm and I will stay here again when I visit her.

Stuff was very helpful, also for solving problems created by management. The location near parks and lake is superb.

We booked very explicitly two single beds, as very described in detail by the booking.com conformation: Bed Size(s): 2 single beds (90-130 cm wide). Instead, we got one (very narrow) "not-really-double" bed. The very helpful and friendly stuff was able to solve the problem for subsequent nights but not for the first night. This kind of misinformation (not caring about what kind of beds one sells on booking.com) is quite common but non the less totally unacceptable. If the management does not have the tools to plan for beds in advance, it it very well possible to write on booking com: "beds will be either two singe beds (about ..cm) or one double bed (about .... cm)

Very cute place and environment. We slept in the backyard cottage, which was very convenient for family of 4. Both the room and common areas were clean and well maintained. Lots of possibilities to relax on the backyard. Children liked the playroom near the common kitchen and it was nice to have opportunity to cook own dinner.

The hotel is in such a lovely location, close to the park, the garden and Tanto beach, which means it is very quiet and close to nature, while being on Södermalm and well connected in terms of transport. The staff is very friendly and constantly finds solutions if needed. The rooms are good and there is a sauna too!
