Incredible reception staff, Mikael greeted us with a warm smile even at a late hour, gave us some useful tips and advice and even spoke Italian (in Sweden!!). Room was clean and comfy, bathroom was okay, had everything you needed. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of choice, and everything was good. We really enjoyed it. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus and train station, commuting has been very easy. Also, there is free parking for the guests of the hotel on the premises, with a night guardian. Just mention it at the check in. Only thing missing is a motorcycle specific parking, maybe under the hotel, that would've been perfect.

It was a great hotel, in a calm area a little further away from the city but with great connections to public transport. The staff was lovely, great breakfast.

Really friendly staff. Breakfast was good, very consistent every day. Gluten free options included. The location is very nicely situated to travel in and out of Stockholm by car and public transportation. The commuter train station is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. We love driving to places by car, the freedom it gives, however we ended up using public transportation with a 72-hour group ticket. This was far more cost efficient than the parking, congestion tax/toll, and fuel combined.

We needed to open the balcony door wide open after every shower. The ventilation was not capable of venting the damp air. Not really a problem, just inconvenient.

I stayed at this hotel with three kids. We loved the excellent breakfast with a wide choice of tasty food. The room was in very good condition with wooden floors and relatively comfortable beds. There was a large window and a small balcony. The bathroom was very good as well, and the hotel is in a quite street, a few hundred metres from a train station, so Stockholm City Centre is just 15 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the hotel was very good, and the kids' menus were better than usual as well as good value for money.

My mattress was a little bit soft for my taste though I slept very well there.

I took a room only to sleep because I arrived very late my first day and left very early the third one. In between, I never stayed at the hotel. No problem for the late check-in and staff courteous and kind. On second day, I had the breakfast but with the amount of people eating in, there were not enough things to eat. Couldn't get my hands on eggs for example. The average quality of the rest was good. In the room, one thing special was the fact that there was no main light. I had to switch on/off an ambient light, it's not the most convenient. Sheets of the beds are weird because smaller that the width of the bed but since I was alone, it was fine.

Breakfast quality was not at its best and the quantity was not good to feed all the people in the restaurant. Accomodation in the room was simple and no main light, weird. The room was very hot when I arrived as the heating system was at its maximum. I had to let the window opened all night.

The staff made our experience, specifically Kleber. He was incredibly welcoming. We had traveled 24 hours (several flight delays) and he so kindly familiarized us to the lay of the land, assisted with directions, suggestions, etc. Due to our jet lag we missed breakfast and he kindly had two sandwiches waiting for us when we finally made an appearance. He was enthusiastic and truly wants to make the guest experience a positive one. Without him, the infrastructure of the hotel is so so and would be regarded as such. Kleber is the ROYAL STAR in that hotel experience.

It happened to be a warm day/night so better air flow from the window would have been nice, but we were happy with our quiet surroundings so we could open the window.

I don't understand, why is there the bar next to the restaurant. When you find the staff there (it occurs twice an hour or less), they are not very nice and they behave like the guest is bothering them. It could be better to order everything in restaurant.

We travelled to stockholm for the taylor swift concert and booked this hotel mainly based on the price as other places were crazy amounts. This hotel was still reasonably priced and easily accessible to central Stockholm.The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were always welcoming and smiled and said hello when we passed by. Breakfast also had a great selection of foods.

The room was quite warm day and night, but there were three of us sharing, and the weather itself was really warm whilst we were there. We opened the window and it wasn't too bad.
