Quite modern hotel with plenty of rooms. Rooms are equipped with all the necessary items (iron, tv, fresh towels). Very nice breakfast - pancakes, fresh fruits and veggies, eggs, fresh bread, all kinds of milk and pastries. Would suite everyones taste. Vending machine with water and snacks by the reception. Friendly staff. Only few english spoke tv channels in the room. Wifi decent.

Our room (double bed, corner) was extremely small - we could barely move around. A bit noisy, since the street was right next to us - but not too much bothering. Beds are on the soft side, so have that in mind if you like to sleep on harder mattresses. No air conditioner! Not even a fan! It was 25 degrees - it was a bit too hot to sleep. You have to book your breakfast time in advance - and on Saturday evening there were no times available left for Sunday. But they didnt seem to care and we just went to find a table anyways (why all this booking then?). Also, they charged us more than we were supposed to pay - and nobody at the reception could explain us why. Really unacceptable!

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff and very good level of clenengness. The room was comfortable with nice matresses on the beds. The decor was also pleasing.

Some furniture in the lobby need some cleaning. The area the hotel is not super welcoming. It was hard to get anything to eat after 19hrs, aside from snacks.

I really don't understand people complaining on this hotel - everything was just perfectly fine during my stay. Starting from a comfortable bed and clean bathroom ending on really good breakfast and excellent & helpful service.

The room was a bit small for two beds, I missed a chair that I could put my clothes or sit with laptop.

Very good location - approx. 20min to the city center by metro (nearest stop is some 10min from the hotel) Shopping center just next to the hotel But the best thing: the breakfast - omg <3 I am not sure we had such great breakfast in any other hotel in any other country we stayed in... We also tried pizza for dinner one night and it was very good.

Our room was quite cold (end of October) - but the staff at the reception desk offered us a portable heater which helped.

Place was perfect, fantastic location to shopping malls and train station to Stockholm. Team were super professional and nice. Safe parking for the car, cost extra but the room was such a good price didn’t matter. Would definitely stay again.

The weather was unusually hot and there was a very small electric fan in the room, but it is Sweden, it should be cold not hot, and hence they are not prepared for the heat.

Standard room is quite small would go for a bigger room for a bit more comfort. Appreciate there was a free from section at breakfast but a few more vegan options would be nice or clearer signage

Breakfast was exceptional (10/10). VERY friendly and helping staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Car parking was free, beside the hotel.

Location was ok (5-10 min to Metro station and then another 25-30 min to city center). If you have open window in the night, you can wake up to motorcycles or trucks (if you have closed window, you don't hear anything).

The hotel was spotless with a friendly atmosphere. We loved the games in the bar and lobby area and the enormous breakfast selection, including all the non-dairy milks/yoghurts.

The draft beer ran out but they also sold it in bottles. The hotel also didn’t stock spirits, only beers and wines.

The breakfast was very good. Lovely Alina made it even more special! She went above and beyond the normal level of service. Friendly atmosphere all around +++

The bar closed 21.00 on saturday night! Why? This is not good for your reputation. ok?
