Breakfast selection was amazing, the reception staff was superb as was the barman. Pity the gym is way down in the basement and walk way to reach it not so pleasant to the eye. I would def recommend it.

If the gym was in a better location and all the staff smiled more. Breakfast staff taste juice in the morning before putting it to for the client to have, one morning this was fermented. Also there was one waiter that was touching the bread with his bare hands that is a real no, no...

The location is great, right in the middle of the center and the hotel lobby is truly beautiful Good price for a hotel room with such good placement The breakfast was very good and all the staff very kind

Parking was a slight inconvenience but I think that's fair since it would be hard to park closer to the hotel Standard room is a bit small and also the hotel forgot room arrangements we made on email before the stay

Old world hotel, fabulous lobby, amazing old style bar, good breakfast. We had a loft room, super cool, the stars are a little tricky but such a cool room. 3 days there and could have stayed longer. Sundsvall is a beautiful city, this hotel is in the middle of it, there is good dining all around it.

The bar was closed Sunday and Monday, really disappointed but we bought some beer elsewhere and could sit in it which was almost as good as getting a good Scotch and enjoying it.

The hotel interior was fantastic. It was spotlessly clean. The room was very spacious with a comfy bed. Bonus having a balcony. Very thoughtful we had a fan in our room which was much needed.

Breakfast was so busy had to wait for a table then it still had dirty plates on. Waiting for food and drink and bowls etc to be replenished. It could have been smoother. But the food was pleasant.

The hotel is absolutely stunning with a magical, historic charm that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a Harry Potter movie. The grand staircase, elegant decor, and warm atmosphere made the stay unforgettable. Staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was spotless. Also near the shops .

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were exceptional, especially Johanna at the reception, who warmly welcomed us and provided excellent guidance for exploring the city. Our room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this fantastic hotel.

Love the decoration of the hotel,starecases and dining area.. Staff are helpful and pleasant… beds are comfortable… breakfast was ok and would fill most tastes..

It was promoted as noise proof room, but I could hear ppl walking ubove my room.. lack of parking or designated spots only for hotel is a bit a downside in my opinion.

We absolutely loved Knaust Hotel. It's a prime location and the architecture is unbelievable. Breakfast was brilliant and we enjoyed our 4 nights at the hotel. Thanks for making the stay so lovely!

Centrally located, the hotel offered easily access to the heart of the city. We could enjoy leisurely strolls amidst captivating old architectures. The hotel was extremely elegant, with classy decor. The room was very clean, and great amenities were provided. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offered a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes.

Slippers and bathrobes were not provided in the room.

I chose the top floor which is a duplex, and it was perfectly comfortable. Having a bathtub was a bonus. Breakfast in the mirror room was very relaxing and food variety was great. Soft boiled eggs were perfectly done. Providing vitamin C was very thoughtful.
