The location is unbeatable, right in the center and by a major bus stop. The room was nice and had a nice view over the city and the river.

The breakfast - not the food, that was fine. They have a system based on time slots, which means you have to tell the reception when you would like to come down for breakfast. On the first morning the restaurant was packed, but I managed to get a spot. On the second, it was carnage - a line of people all the way to the lobby, waiting to get in. Grabbed a coffee to go. And btw, nobody was checking anything, neither time slots nor room number.

Our room in 8 floor with city view was really comfy, it had silent AC, bed was really good (beside matress topper which tended to slide when you sat and get up from the bed). Price for a night was VERY competitive during mid july weekend. Breakfast was ok, could be better but with this price I cannot complain.

Hotel is in very central location so there is no parking next to it or even stop spots are scarce. You can park in parking hall which is few blocks away for about 13€ night. Lobby gets quite busy during peak hours.

The staff is really great - they helped us a lot and were super kind. The location of the hotel was also really great. Umea is not that big in the first place but the hotel is in the middle of the city centre. The breakfast is really nice as well. This hotel is definitely worth a stay.

We stayed twice but in two different rooms. The only minor thing we didn’t like was that the first room didn’t have a chrome cast. This is such a minor thing haha, it says enough about the hotel that this was what we complain about

Great location, clean rooms, very friendly staff and great blockout blinds! The breakfast buffet was amazing in the very cool dining room.

The room was quite small for two people with luggage, but everything else made up for that. Would definitely stay again.

I didn't like much the hotel restaurant, little choice and too elaborate. Simpler is better in my option, like the breakfast was excellent. Would be nice maybe some salad buffet, or even bigger buffet also with meat

We arrived late on our way back home. Apparently, a lot of people were traveling through Umeå that evening, and the front desk was very busy at midnight. Alexander handled the situation very professionally, though. Due to no available rooms of the ones that we had booked, we received an upgrade, which was especially nice after a long day of traveling with a small child. We got a corner room with an 180° view of the city towards the river, really lovely. The room was spacious, and the shower in the bathroom had a good size. The bed was comfortable. We all got a good night sleep. Breakfast was lovely in the modern restaurant right downstairs.

There were several holes in the sheets - one might want to check and switch these out. The pink glass bathroom door is a nice touch, but it gets too bright when the sun hits it in the morning. A bathroom mat (thicker towel) would have been great. We managed otherwise, but maybe it is worth changing in the future. Unless it was an honest mistake, and we did not receive it this time.

The room was very "Spartan", we could use with some more furniture to accommodate our 5 luggages. The cupboard at the very back of the room was of little use to us. Limited food options at the restaurant.

Pretty standard hotel breakfast. Mainly scrambled eggs, bacon and bread. But also plenty of small things to add. All of good quality. Room size is adequate. Especially if you are not planning to spend there much time. Bathroom is also of adequate size and convenient to use. I selected room with window, so view was also good. Located close to main bus station.

I found bed too soft. But that is subjective. Lighting switches are sluggish and located weirdly, but nothing one can't get used to. So nothing really bothered me there. I must note I stayed there for 2 nights only.

The best hotel I've ever been to in Sweden! The room was warm, the view was nice, the staff was kind. The beds extra large and comfortable. It was the first time I enjoyed staying at a hotel in Sweden.

The hotel has no parking. You can park the car in front to unload your luggage, but then you have to move it to a nearby street.

Enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this optimally located hotel in Umea. Excellent breakfast and friendly team helped make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely return here the next time I'm in Umea.
