All was great. Staff are there to help you at any time. The room was spacious and especially the bathroom with heated floor so comfy and cozy. With 2 sinks and a large shower. Beds very comfy. Large desk. It had a fridge as well.. it had a park garage under the hotel. The breakfast was very good and dinner was including in the price. With still and sparkling water fre of charge. Coffee at reception was available all day free of charge. The location only 8 mins walk from the main shopping centre

It could do with more smd lighting . I had to shift the he ceiling lights so I could see the computer key board. When I book by mistake the room was with no window It was difficult to get round the hotel to get to the garage. Need a better map. .

Short walk on the flat into the centre .Good size room withshower. Very nice handcream.coffee a nd tea provided in room. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.evening dinner was rice and salad followed by meatballs,mash and lingoberries.great for free.even the wine a d beer were reasonable for sweden.

The garage was brilliant.wide space and not too many pillars navigate.the lift didn't work so a couple of stairs with luggage to get into main lobby.going out couldn't find how to access doors so eventually staff came to manually work them.

Nicely decorated hotel in a great location. Good value for money as the dinner was included in the price. It was nice to have a family room where we all fit in. It was also excellent that a coffee/tea machine was at the disposal of hotel guests free of charge.

The family room was underground, so there was no window. That would not have been such a big problem if they had put even a mirror or nice paintings on the walls. Now the family room felt a bit like a prison.

Location was great! Breakfast was great. Sandwich, eggs, pancakes, cereal etc. Dinner was OK too. the sauna looks really good but did not have time to try it out.

1. the TV in our room. it did not connect to any wifi signal. we asked the reception but she did not know how to do it. we couldn't even watch a basic tv channel. only on our 2nd day did we manage to some sort of...."fix it". But we were annoyed on trying to get anything to watch 2. the iron & ironing board. the reception told me there was one in our room but there was none. so i had to use one at the common floor she suggested. which to my surprise is a very very very tiny board attached to a wall. it was very difficult to use. definitely should put a normal standard size ironing board, that would save alot of time.

The location is good, within walking distance to restaurants, bus stops, etc. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the dinner was very tasty. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and it is possible to use as well the sauna.

The bedroom doesn't have windows, but we knew in advance so it was just a new experience :P but if you will be there for a long stay, better choose a room with windows :)

The hotel is very nice! Clen room! Dinner was very good. The girl at the bar vas very nice. Reception girl Emillie is the best 🌺

Amazing value and very helpful staff Breakfast and dinner included! A real dinner, good quality food. Staff accommodating eg early arrival, storing bags, late check out, saving dinner to eat later. Great location too, near train station and city center.

Facilities are perfectly fine, just not super modern.

Great stay! We really appreciated that both supper and breakfast were included in the price, very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. It was also great to be able to charge our car close to the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Convenient location. The room is small but cozy and quiet. Very clean and smells nice. I really liked the mattress and pillows of different density, so I could choose a comfortable one. Thick curtains, which is very comfortable on sunny nights. Good dinner and breakfast.

I wish there was free parking :)

Food excellent - the included main meal was lovely; the sauna free and great; room fine. Bed very soft but comfortable. Staff were helpful. Overall it was a good hotel, outstanding value for money and we would definitely stay again
