Some hotels do trust their customers. This is one of them: the rooms have dumbells, so you can exercise a bit without going to the gym. This simple gimmick to the room is just exactly right. I can imagine many hotels fear such items to get stolen by their customers. Not here. Room was not too expensive as well and close to the station. So ideal for a stop-over on your way north or south. Well done!

Very friendly staff in a hotel that is very close to the centre of town and to the station which was perfect for us as we were travelling by train. Wonderful buffet breakfast in a very calm environment that starts as early as 6.30am. They also offered packed breakfast if you need to leave even earlier as we did. They have good luggage storage if you need it. Excellent value for money and a very pleasant experience.

Such a lovely, welcoming staff! Everything was beautiful, my room was perfect, with a comfy bed, great sheer, and complimentary cold/hot drinks. You have coffee and snacks always accessible in the main all. The breakfast was a feast, I had fantastic food and coffee. It's in a perfect location between the station, the main centre, and also close to the bus station to get to the airport. Strongly recommend!

Best was that staff was present even though we arrived late ( no code numbers or check in automats). Breakfast was good.

Breakfast room floor was dirty, full of last nights crumbles. I did not like at all that bathroom was without hand washing basin. People need to handle door by dirty hands! Hotel car park was full and I had to find car park near the railway station. It took time while I was already exhausted.

The location is great, very close to the city centre and the Central station. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Clean and comfy. I also enjoyed breakfast- it was fresh and you can choose between a variety of meals. Overall, I'd recommend staying here if you are visiting Umeå.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Umea. We had a wonderful apartment with bath and sauna. the apartment was very clean and very big. Breakfast was great, and location is perfect. Check-in and late check-out were both great experiences. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location in the centre near the central railway station is excellent, and it was also easy to reach the main attractions of the town on foot. My room was nice, quiet and spacious. There are many shops, restaurants etc. near the hotel.

Nice hotel with lots of fun details and decor! Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice beds.

If I had to mention something; my room was quite warm. A tabletop fan and the AC made it bareable. This is not the hotels fault, they dont control the weather!

It was in the middle of the city, comfy bed and nice room! Good breakfast with a lot of options.

The door to the bathroom was a glass door that wasn’t covering the entire opening, it wasn’t sound proof and you could hear everything.

Located right by central station, along the main road of downtown. Food in restaurant was delicious and many other options nearby if you want to try something else. Breakfast was substantial and tasty. Amazing blackout curtains on windows.
