Zernez is lovely and the Hotel Acla Filli was in an ideal location in the small village. I was close to the station, bus stops and National Park Centre. From my balcony ( an unexpected upgrade) I could see (and hear) the neighbouring cows and had great views of the mountains. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. I agree with my friend who recommended it to me that it was a good choice.

Lovely hotel, perfectly placed for the Ofen pass and then Umbrail pass. We arrived by bike cold and soaked and the staff were incredibly helpful in getting us installed and helping us dry out (even finding paper to help us dry our shoes!). An excellent breakfast before another day of cycling too. And we ate in the restaurant the same evening and it was extremely good!

Hotel was good - easy to access and plenty of parking and heat during the winter. Good breakfast too. We didn't get the chance to eat in the restaurant.

not much of any note - in fact nothing i can think off. The rooms were obviously not brand new modern but nothing wrong with that. If anything the rooms were overwarm so we slept with windows open

The service is incredible. We were there for the Engadiner ski marathon and the people really tried to smooth our stay: special breakfast hour, a special room with a shower and fresh towels for after the race once we had already checked out, food was still served after the kitchen was closed.. incredible!

The breakfast and food served at the restaurant is really average.. but the quality of the staff makes up for it! The rooms are a bit rustic but we had expected that.

I’m really pleased to have stayed here, mainly because the hotel and restaurant felt genuine and unspoilt by the passage of time. I found the staff to be friendly and ‘real’, while the room felt just right, with great views from windows and balcony. Zernez itself has very little modern sprawl around its old core, and though it has traffic passing through it this merely adds to its unaltered atmosphere. The railway station is just a short walk away and the local trains are a pleasure to use, as is the bus through the national park and over the spectacular Ofenpass. This bus (the 811) also departs from the railway station, and has a stopping and express version, both hourly.

The hotel was very nice to have arranged the keys for us despite our late arrival. Our rooms were very cozy with a very nice view from our balcony. Wish we could stay longer. It had parking space aswell which was just perfect for us. The breakfast was definitely a plus aswell, nice to give us a good hiking start.

The hotel has very friendly and attentive staff. We had a room in the house next to the hotel. The room was big and very quiet! It was very convenient to have breakfast already available at 7. If interested, the hotel rents bikes and e-bikes for free. We didn't benefit as we already planned our hiking trips.

Reception opens only at 8, which is a bit tight if you take the bus at 8:15, but that's only a minor point. We were happy with our choice.

Location, enough parking, restaurant on site with a bar. Friendly people

Breakfast buffet ran out of some things before it ended. Be aware - there is no lift. TV in bar didn’t work and we missed championship game

Short message just to inform us about check-in options (late arrival is possible). Very friendly reception. Room was ready for our early arrival. Excellent parking. Great plus: free Guest Card, to go to Ardez by train. Train station is nearby. Comfortable beds. Crispy bread and delicious lemon cake at breakfast.

Wifi slow.

I had booked two nights at ACLA FILLI but already after the first day I wanted to extend my stay. Partly because the village was so nice, the hiking trails fantastic, but the family feeling at the hotel and the welcoming hostess Inna also contributed greatly. The hotel is not newly built or newly renovated, but in very good condition and for me just charming. This is a place I hope to return to very soon.

Some rooms have windows facing the street which is relatively well-trafficked, with the windows open it was quite noisy so I can recommend earplugs at night in that case.
