Host was very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. The host even offered an upgrade and asked about specific breakfast times since we were the first guests to arrive. The breakfast covered all our wishes and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Bathroom separate from room, a little noisy in the evening when the window were open. Difficult to cool down room due to heat (due to street noise).

Very friendly staff! The hotel was rustic and charming. Our room had beautiful wooden carvings and we had a view up on the mountain. Delicious breakfast! I liked that we had a basin in the room (toilet and shower was shared). The whole hotel was very clean and smelled nice thanks to the "room perfume".

There could have been vegan options at the breakfast - my partner brought his own plant-based "milk" for the cereals. The hotel is not super modern, but I prefer it like it is now, since it has more charm.

The room was cosy, though ultra- basic. Lovely wooden family home, very good food served in their restaurant. Yummy breakfast too.Friendly hosts

No Wifi in bedroom (single room). I feel the ultra basic room was overpriced, but maybe that’s just Switzerland, as others say .

Friendly welcoming staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs as a ski touring group staying at the beginning and end of our week long tour. All round very comfortable and a good breakfast.

We were greeted warmly by Silvia, the young hostess who speaks perfect English - as well as German, French & Romansh. Our room had a superb view of the mountains. It was quiet and clean. Our tandem bicycle was accommodated in a easily accessed bike garage. Excellent breakfast, important for hungry cyclists. Good value for Switzerland.

TV was not working (and was not fixed during our stay) so I missed Roland Garros 🎾🎾

The personal was nothing else than kind and friendly. They showed amazing hospitality and made Me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

Super kind and helpful staff. Definitely a biker-friendly place.
