This is a great hotel for those who like vintage charm. Super retro. And I loved it for it. My suite was very large and with plenty of light. The locations is super convenient as it is right in the centre, walking distance from anywhere in town, including the train station.

They should have reception open until a bit later. The code thing to come in at night is not very obvious. They coudl offer better toilettries.

The room were very comfortable and the staff kind and efficient. I liked the hotel style and the many paintings at the walls.

The breakfast was definitely too expensive. For 18 CHF per person I would expect, at least, that coffee is prepared at the bar by the staff, and not in a self-service low-quality machine.

Room was clean, quiet and spacious and the bathroom had been upgraded to modern style fixtures. So, even though the hotel was an older property, the room was well maintained. The hotel had a small elevator, 2 person size. Location was great, located in downtown La Chaux du Fonds and walking distance to the International Museum of Horology, a shopping mall and restaurants. Hotel even had a small parking lot if you are driving.

No air conditioner, but this is Europe and I didn't expect one.

The breakfast is ok. Fresh at least. The location is perfect. The hotel is old but tidy. easy for business trip.

For the price paid, it is quite expensive.

It s not really a negative point, but the rooms are a bit outdated and probably not getting on everyone taste. But they are honest and you get what you see on the pictures.

Room was comfortable, quiet and had everything I needed for my stay. Breakfast offered a wide choice of items and the cost was very reasonable. I'll happily return.

Parking was a little tight, but with limited space and limited spaces, I managed to find and park in a space happily.

Everything was perfect, specially the staff. I had to cancel my last night the day before leaving and they simply refunded the night without question!

It was very central - lovely reception and really comfortable clean rooms. The breakfast was good too!

There could have been someone to run the bar - it took a while to get a member of staff to the bar and the range of drinks weren’t great

Staying at this hotel in the heart of La Chaux is a very special experience. The hotel and its rooms feel very vintage and from another era. The location is perfect just few minutes walk from the train station and the staff were very nice and friendly. they also give you a free ticket booklet which allows you to visit many museums and attractions in the region for free.
