The staff is really good, polite and professional. Always a pleasure to return.

The lack of teapot in a room , especially in winter time when you need to make some tea and don't wanna go outside or everything is closed at night

Great location in the downtown. Nearby supermarkets and few restaurants. Nice breakfast with fresh baked bread, eggs, muesli, milk, juice, tea, coffee, croissants and chocolate pastry, fruits, jogurt, ham and cheese. very quiet place. In front I found interesting second hand shop where you could find rare books, vynils, jewelry, etc.

looks like they are short in personnel, so you might not find anyone at the reception. There's is a phone that you may call - look carefully. I missed that notice between tons of other posters, so I had to wait about one hour. But that was my fault do not see the notice.

Daniel at the reception was pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and the location of the hotel was just perfect.

The TV channels are poor as well the breakfast

Great breakfast (although not cheap) and very friendly staff who helped us store our bicycles without any complications.

Hotel in the centre of town - excellent location. Bike could be kept stored safely in a bar area. Breakfast great, good value for money. Due to bad weather I decided to book an extra night.

No-one there on the Sunday night when I arrived. I called the number on the door and the friendly receptionist less than 10 minutes later

There was a bit of mould in the shower. It is an older hotel and Le Locle is not exactly the most bustling town so I can completely understand.

The third time I stay in this hotel. Great location, the optimal price.

I picked the same room and in the drawer was a joint. Seems that it's there for a while.
