We stayed here the second time, and were even more pleased with our stay than before. The hotel is located in the heart of the big Jura hiking region, and - especially if you travel by car - you have unlimited possibility for all sorts of hiking. Perfectly clean. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Michel, the owner and the chef, speaks nearly any language you can imagine, and makes you really feel at home. Michel's restaurant is a gem, and it was a big part of our decision to come again. Breakfast is wonderful and well above the usual standards for this level of a hotel. Rooms are simple, but they fully fit to the description and have all necessary, especially if you stay just for a couple of days.

This is a hidden gem located in a quaint town in the Swiss Alps. The hotel looks unassuming from the outside but the rooms were newly remodeled. The owner was amazing. He even offered us an extra room for free so all four of us didn’t need to be together in one room. All of the staff were super kind and helpful. The restaurant located on the main floor of the hotel was exceptional with a Michelin recognition. Very traditional French cuisine. The included breakfast had some of everything: pear tart, croissants, mini crème brûlée, fruits, meats, several cheeses and breads, oatmeal etc. if I could give them more than a 10 I would. we would definitely stay here again.

The dinner menu is a bit pricey but the food quality and room rates make up for it.

We stayed here whilst walking some of the Trans Swiss Trail and were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The room was ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant, the food was excellent. lovely breakfast appreciated by us all, and great coffee!

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Breakfast and dinner were outstandingly good, with a great menu. I had no trouble parking at the side of the hotel and using public transport for local journeys was both easy and reliable. I would love to stay here again.

Extraordinary food. Delicious dinner. Super owner who also is a chief. Clean place. A bit old fasion rooms but very clean and all in order.

The hotel is an historical building and offers a very nice and relaxed ambience. The staff is attentive. The family room is the correct size. We had only breakfast, but it was rich and already showed the abilities of the chef Michel. A nice place to break from the routine while enjoying good food.

Michel the manager and chef was very friendly, humorous and made us feel comfortable right away. He is a great chef!

Lovely host - chef, hotel reception and waiter - all in one person, very forthcoming. Besides very good dinner and breakfast, loved it.
