Location is perfect. Neuchâtel is a very walkable city, and the hotel is situated steps from the lake and its lovely esplanade, as well as the city center. And you can catch a tram out front that takes you up tot he train station, which itself is easily walkable if you don't have a heavy suitcase. Room is small but cozy, and the breakfast was excellent. I could recommend the hotel for business or pleasure.

Perhaps a slightly larger room with an easy chair, or a lounge for relaxing or reading.

This hotel was perfect. Situated right on the port and waterfront. It's very close walk to everything. The room was clean and comfortable. And staff was very helpful.

The only complaint I have is I stayed in a Saturday night and next door at the bar they played Tecno music very loud so it was hard to sleep. Apparently they stop at midnight. But Sunday night was quite. So keep that in mind if you book here

Everything. The room was lovely and in a perfect location in the old city of Neuchatel. . The breakfast was good and the service as well.

The hotel does not have any parking though it provides a free parking sticker if you find a free white marked parking space. This could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage or have difficulty walking.

Very nice and friendly personnel at the reception. Room was clean and sufficient stash of towels. Location is very good, close to the city center and the lake of Neuchatel.

Breakfast was too basic for the price. Room was quite small, didn't have a lot of room to open my trolley.

The location is perfect to visit Neuchatel. The rooms are very quiet. There was a huge party close-by and I was really scared I would not sleep but the windows are incredibly good to isolate from the noise.

I think it is a bit pricey for this kind of hotel but it was a busy weekend during peak season, which may have pushed prices up....and it is Switzerland.....nothing is inexpensive around here. The property is pretty dated and needs a refresh.

The smell of the restaurant on the ground floor is really strong in the corridors. The room itself was ok.

Location is perfect, right on the center of Neuchatel, good breakfast, nice confortable rooms with everything required, good internet connection too, good AC system, and the most important thing, super friendly helpful staff! Also some rooms have an AMAZING view to the lake!

Pillows are horrible ... is the only thing bad about this hotel.

The position of the hotel next to the lake, the marina and the promenade is great. The room was air-conditioned and the bathroom was almost as large as the room itself.

The location was about 10 mins walk from the train station and few minutes to the center. It is next to the lake which is great for jogging and walking. Although the view from our room was blocked by the tree, the room was nice, the bed was comfy.
