I have just had the most amazing stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is picturesque, the rooms are spacious, the bed superb, and the bathrooms luxurious. But what really sets this hotel apart are the staff - they go above and beyond to make your stay a delight! One night they called all over town to get me into a busy restaurant because I had (shortsightedly) not made a reservation anywhere. Another day, I was unsuccessful in my hunt for French onion soup, and they asked the chef to prepare it, especially for me! I’d particularly like to thank Sarah, Nelson, Sébastien, and Imrân for making my weekend so relaxing. I have already booked my next stay and cannot wait to return!

The shower head was a bit outdated - but the water pressure was amazing!

It’s spectacular building in a lovely setting, very well built and finished. my room, with a view over the lake towards the west, was large and very comfortable indeed. I liked having a shoehorn and shoe cleaning kit, which were useful as it turned out. The bathroom was immaculate. The minibar was well stocked, although the prices mean that One might really need a drink before grabbing one. Lovely to have a Nespresso machine in the room, with enough capsules for the morning before breakfast. The staff were faultlessly, polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The restaurant is understandably very expensive😂

fantastic location next to Lac Neuchatel with no intervening traffic. beautiful views. wonderful breakfast with fantastic views. large room, very comfy. nice bar to sit and have some tea while adminring the view. easy to walk into the old city. i would go back

bedroom was not super cute, a few touchups would have been nice. there isn't really anywhere nice to sit in the hotel. you have to go to the bar and order something.

The greeting at the hotel was excellent and the service beyond expectation. The hotel and room were immaculate, with the room incredibly comfortable. There were nice touches in the room to make it more comfortable. Food in the bar was excellent and the service again was wonderful. I only wish I had spent longer in the hotel.

The location is just amazing. The hotel is also very nice with good facilities and the staff on the reception were very welcoming and trying to accommodate our needs. Wine choice at the restaurant was what was needed.

They have to do something with their kitchen and waiters. The food for our group was not ideal: pasta came cold, we have got not exactly what we have ordered, the food at the breakfast was not timely served either.

Location is perfect. Easy to reach by car, parking place at the hotel, or to a public parking very close to the hotel. The hotel is in front of the lake and close to the city center. Perfect to enjoy a nice walk around. The room was very spacious with a lake-view balcony . Bathroom was big and clean, with a bathtub and a shower. Staff is very nice and welcoming. We were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel.

I did not like the hold that they put on the card, large amount and It took me several weeks to sort out with my bank to release the money..thats the only issue, further the stay was very pleasant

Location was excellent both for getting to the town and the lake. Room was spotless and staff were all very polite

A separate light switch for the toilet would have been useful rather than having to use the main bathroom one. Also breakfast was expensive so we choose to eat out.

Well situated center of town, big underground parking next door, help-full staff. Coffee machine in room. Would stay there again with pleasure.

The house keeping should check the shower heads more often as in our bath room it was clogged with lime scale, just needed to rub the head a bit to clear the holes to get a proper spray.
