The question re breakfast does not apply, unless a tea or coffee is breakfast. The location was superb. The place was very clean. The shower good, even if the piping a bit bizarre. The bath appreciated. Not to mention if you went overboard and supplied some bath salts.

The main bed was unusable as a double. The right side made atrocious noise to any movement on it. We had to use the second bed as well as half the double. The kitchen lacks a breadboard. Could have used more coffee capsules and black tea.

Well equipped apartment. Very central location and very comfortable. The host was excellent....so helpful and welcoming.

It was a little noisy due to street cleaners. Would suggest keeping the windows closed at night time. That worked perfectly for us.

The location, the size, and the host (Mickey) was excellent.

Only thing is that there is no elevator to this apartment, so if you have a heavy suitcase, carrying it up, those stones stairs is a bit difficult for some people. But that is a very minor point, otherwise it was excellent.

The location was perfect! It came with so many amenities! It was great because there was a market close by which allowed us to cook at “home.” It was close to the train and bus station. We opted to not rent a car so that was really convenient. Lastly it was very well maintained!! Really well thought out and well stocked!

The only thing that was a bit difficult was finding it in the dark the first night because we arrived late the first night… the Taxi drive took us to another place with a similar name …but once we figured out that …me made it.

Location, bedrooms, views, facilities

No air conditioning. Only one fan. 2nd floor, difficult for aged people. No outdoor space. Close neighbours who asked us to keep noise down at 2200. More cutlery and glasses

Location was in walking distance to everything. Apartment was very nice, spacious and clean, Michaela made us very welcome in every way. Great restaurants in the area and the lake is nearby to. Local transport is free. We had a fabulous time at Apartment Adelaide.

We arrived to Neuchatel in October 2022, and it was a complicated period of our life. I can not emphasize enough how important it was for us that the hotel provided a big apartment for us, that it has such a great location and that Giovanni helped us a lot with all our requests. We are very grateful for this and we enjoyed our stay.

I could not remember anything significant. Perhaps, just to be honest, I would say that the cleaning could have been a bit better (I mean just floors), but we didn't feel that as a big problem.

This was in a historic building, completely remodeled on the inside with every amenity. The building retained some of the massive old stone walls and archways between rooms on the inside as well, which was fascinating and very charming. Nespresso coffee maker. Fully equipped kitchen with window. Large living room with comfy sofa and second sofa that folded out into a bed and the living room was still extremely large! Large apartment with windows on multiple sides and private terrace. Not ground floor. Accessible by exterior lift.

Difficult to find by car. But owner talked us through to the location.

The hardware in the apartment looked a bit dated, the bathroom was a little disappointing with no shower curtains and sub-optimal lighting

i really like the location and art gallery. Its nicely located in the heart of neuchatel city
