- we had an exceptionally clean room - the shower and bathtub was fantastic - the bed was super comfy - the colour palette of the room made us feel calm and soothing - the aircon was cooling

- the sound proofing was quite bad, we could hear kids screaming next door and someone opening and closing the wardrobe all the time, not to mention the noise of people talking along the corridor, i could hear every word of their conversation (knew which restaurant they were heading for dinner) - there were many small flies in the social lounge - the hotel staff was professional but not very healpful

An amazing service since well before the check-in, helping to schedule a pick-up from the airport and then modifying it at the last moment as my flight was delayed; Flawless checking and instant assistance with some of the issues I had with Taiwan realities themselves, fast and painless checkout and amazing room service.

This is not really a dislike, but rather something to be aware of - it is a first-wedding-night hotel, so you have glass windows from the room into the shower/bathtub/toilet. It does have some roller blinds, but still. So amazing if you are traveling with a partner and you are both into this kind of things - great; but if you are planning on traveling with a colleague or family (for instance for the nearby university), that might make things... Awkward...

Very spacious room for a reasonable price. Bars and pool table, and 24h access of the gym. Easy check-in and can check-in at any time. Great lighting and comfortable atmosphere.

The light switches and complimentary items like toothbrushes were really hard to find

service, the staffs there are all welcome to help ! the interior is simple ,chic , they offer a big room for people to work, talk, and free snacks and coffee.

the outside of building looks aged, the parking lot is shared with other company, it took a while to find the parking space for hotel.

I don't like self check in. There are staff there so they should assist at all times.

Nice and quiet. Rooms were spacious for family. Nice vibe at lobby and lounge area.

Location a bit far from all our attractions

Nice bar with happy hour It’s so comfortable to immerse in warm bath with bath salt and mask.(all served )

Big and tidy room. Love the movie night,happy hour drinks,though located in CBD area, but very close to free way.
