The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good room with all facilities. Varied buffet breakfast. Really good location.. Tea and real coffee always available

All was good

The staff is super nice and help you a lot. The room is comfortable and clean and there’s also a public space for you to work or drink coffee. The breakfast is not that good but it works

Room was decent for the price. Breakfast was vegan friendly. Free bicycles were a great perk. Allowed an early checkin which I appreciate after a long train ride. Location is super being on the main street with lots of places close by especially with the bicycle.

The key did not lock properly. No english speaking staff at the lobby.

Easy access, good location with lots of parking spots around. The staff members were nice.

The staff at the hotel was very polite. Especially the guy who met us in the evening. He helped us with our things, opened the door and answered all our questions very friendly.

The breakfast was Chinese . foreigners have practically nothing to eat. The shower was leaking in the room.

The location was superb. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. One wouldn’t have to worry about starving or being bored.

The room was a bit small and the toilet didn’t have a separate washroom with sliding doors. The floor becomes slippery when one finishes taking a bath.
