Typical Taiwanese budget hotel with room having no window. But its o.k. Comfortable bed. Perfect location at Formosa Boulevard metro station. Friendly helpful staff, although it took a bit time to find my booking. They provide free water Top cheap price for this good location and comfort

All was ok. Just to give travelers advice that they locate the address well in google maps or other. The hotel has outside another name originating from chinese. Kettle for making hot coffee/tea would have been perfect. Good size of room. No mini-cubicle

For the price of probably even cheaper than a shared dorm or bunk bed in many hostels and goest houses, you get a private single room with private bath, what's not to like! Plus it's located at the junction of the two main MRT metro lines so you have easy access to many tourist spots. The Liuhe Night Market is also just a few minutes walk away. I'd say this is a great option for budget travelers and backpackers.

The building and facilities are rather outdated and old. But for the price, I have no complaints. My room didn't have a fridge which the front desk had informed me. I assume the cheaper rooms have no refrigerator so keep that in mind if you might be buying something that needs it.

Staff has late night check in which was perfect for me Check in was quick and effective The hotel is NOT pretty, BUT the once you get to your room , the rooms are PERFECT!!! The bed is huge, the matress is super comfy, NO light comes into the room....I slept like a baby every night here.....best sleep in a hotel in a long time!!! Bathroom is not pretty, but it has everything you need, ample shower, clean towels, plenty of space. The location is excellent, just outside Formosa station. The airco is excellent!!! It is wonderful to comeback to your room after the summer heat outside!! Soundproofing is very good, I didn't have any issues. Wifi was great!! I would totally book this one again!

Hotel had NO sign whatsoever, so it takes you forever to find it the first time...:((( On top of that, the hotel DOES have signs for the other 2 names it goes by, Business Centre Hotel, and Z???.... Boutique hotel... A bit cheezy that they want you to give them a 5 star review by offering you a coffee...they don't force you of course, but it is super cheezy...

The location is really the biggest benefit of this hotel. Even thought the window was small I had a pretty good view from it on the city. Bed was comfortable.

In the bathroom, the biggest problem was that there is no shower curtain. It's funny, because it's very cheap to put it there and it should be an essential part of each bathroom. Without it, the water is spreading out to the whole bathroom when showering.

Upgraded us to a very large room! Plenty of room and large bathroom. TV and hairdryer. Reception staff friendly. Located right on the Formosa Boulevard MRT station for real easy of getting around. Asked if happy, please leave a top review to get a freebie icecream, which I did happily as it was a good stay. This was not mentioned again after check in so not pressurised.

Stayed on 7th floor and had a noise at night that I couldn't work out what it was. Sounded like outside but attached to the building, maybe something loose, weird!

Good location, nice size room and friendly staff.

The location is really good! It's just walking distance from the train station. It is very near other attraction sites like the night market. The room is spacious enough for 4 people, and it is cheap. Despite being located at the intersection road, the room is quite quiet, the sound is muffled and you can barely hear the traffic.

It seems like the room is not cleaned thoroughly. The dust has built up on the corners of the room, not only on the floor but also on the walls. Also, as an Asian, the bathroom is not equipped with a bidet. I think this should be a necessity.

Good value for two nights stay in Kaohsiung. Once we arrived at the hotel we asked to check the room first because my boyfriend and me had problems with smoke and dust, so the girls at the reception showed us a better room and they upgraded it for free. The room was spacious, no smell of smoke so we appreciated it. The window was not that big but quite ok for us. Just next to Formosa Boulevard MRT station nr.1exit.

The girls at the reception are asking a 5stars rating if you want a cup of coffee/drink from the machine at the hotel entrance. No boiler inside the room so that I couldn’t make coffee on my own, but in general was a good stay. The room was not cleaned even if we asked for the cleaning service, but it was not a big problem for a two-nights stay.

This Hotel is very nearby Mrt station and a lot of food nearby can eat. The staff there is very friendly and u will get free Ice-cream or cake for free. If you want to do ur laundry it's very convenient juz go 10th floor. There hv 2 washing clothes and 2 dryer. Please buy the laundry soap from reception or bring ur own.

The laundry section doesn't hv chair to sit. Another dislike will be the TV were in the middle.

I liked how they offered free ice cream if we give a google review. The location is really great. Very convenient! Good food nearby too. Really good for value considering how cheap the room is. The room was clean too.

It would have been nice if the staff didn’t forget to send up our water on one of the nights when we requested for it on call. Also, the lights weren’t really bright enough in the room. There also wasn’t a window so ventilation was not great.
