I booked this at short notice for just a few hours of late night usage at the weekend. The price was reasonable, the check in and out was easy. Room was clean, staff were helpful and there was nothing unexpected to interrupt a short break. Price was also reasonable for a last minute booking.

Nothing comes to mind for the usage intended on this visit.

I liked the facilities, the staff and the cleaness of the room. I enjoyed the views, the food and the friendly atmosphere

I dont like that for breakfast there was less western food offerings on the baffet in the morning. The only thing I could find for an english breakfast was fried bacon and eggs. All the other options were chinese and others salads-which I think is not that suitable in other cultures for breakfast. In other countries salads are like an offering for lunch or dinner. Can you please add more western food

The staff were so friendly and helpful. As the location is a little out of town they directed us to local eating places that did not disappoint.

it was difficult to find a taxi to get back to our hotel. Some taxisa did not seem to want to take us.

Room was spacious, and had everything I needed for a pleasant 3 night stay. Staff very helpful with directions, and making bookings for taxis and dinner reservation.

Room furniture and decor outdated and old fashioned. I had room 812. My friends' room 1010 was much more modern and updated. Location not very convenient. Taxi transport required to go anywhere.

new renovated room, nice service , clean gym and sauna . don’t forget to select refurbished rooms as I noticed there are not many new room in the building , some of them are still remains in a very old style.

The artistic design, size of the room, facilities, weekend breakfast and incredible staff

A bit far from everywhere (but you can take a bus from Tw Blvd to the city) and when the place is super busy, the lift can take for ever

The location was convenient and the staff was very helpful with arranging for airport transportation to Taoyuan Airport. The breakfast buffet was good and so was the service.

Clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. if you can, go for the Exquisite rooms as they are nicely renovated and have great bathrooms. The Executive Rooms on the lower floors are not yet renovated - so it’s clean , spacious but a bit dated.

We had dinner at the Cantonese and Jiannang style restaurants and they were both stellar. The service was excellent too.

The breakfast doesn't quite match the rest of the hotel.

Staff is excellent. They speak English.

There are older rooms and newly renovated ones. The newly renovated one are awesome.
