Cleaning staff very courteous Good AC levels and water pressure Location close to old district in Tainan

Service was excellent. When we checked in, our room had cigarette smell and when we informed the front desk, they immediately replace another room and offered a token of apology (a cup and coaster). The hotel also provided breakfast, though very small selection of food, for the price we paid, it was decent. There were a few morning where we did not want to head down for breakfast, the staff allowed me to pack some food back into the room (and provide boxes etc). Room was clean and room service was excellent. Bed was nice and came with 2 pillow each. I liked that the sink was outside the toilet as it allowed use while the toilet was occupied.

Location isn't the best but Uber was very convenient. Breakfast spread was very limited but then again, if you are in Tainan, its unlikely you will be eating breakfast in the hotel. My main complain is that their curtains do not close completely and sunlight enters the room in the morning - waking you up around 7am if you are sensitive to lights.

Loved the breakfast. Lots of choices to choose from the buffet. Ten minutes walk from station. If you are coming by train, walk on the same side of road as hotel as the walkway is smooth on same level versus the other side of road where walkway has steps etc. so if you’re dragging big luggages it is much easier.

My room was a bit tight as I had 2 big luggages. The hotel has only 1 elevator so you might have to wait a bit during their busy hours.

The design of the hotel is amazing! The room was huge, with a window which could be opened so this is for a plus. Breakfast is also nice, especially a beef soup.

There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Smoking is banned so it does not look like it is being properly enforced. It was annoying as if not this I would give the hotel a 10 score. But at least I could open a window slightly so I managed to air the room a bit. Location is ok, it's reasonably close to the train station (better to walk on the right hand side of the road when walking from the station, there are less little steps on the way) but there is not much around.

Our room was a very good size and nicely renovated. I liked that the washbasin was outside the toilet/shower, and that there was a nice long counter for us to put our makeup/toiletries/food etc. Breakfast is a set main dish that you had to pick the night before. The buffet is very limited.

We had an issue on our second last day. When we got back to the room in the evening, my friend's soft toy had disappeared. We searched the whole room and it wasn't there. Turns out the cleaners, while changing the sheets, had just bundled everything up (including the soft toy on the bed) and sent it to the laundry. Since the hotel laundry is outsourced, we weren't able to get it back before we left Tainan, but they did retrieve it and mail it to our hotel in Taipei, which was much appreciated. Hopefully they'll take more care in the future.

This was a nice clean, modern hotel in a great location in Tainan. The staff were friendly, the common areas were modern and well decorated and the rooms were clean and up to date. There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. The included breakfast was a bit odd and a mix of Asian/western items but was nice and a good start to the day. Really, there was nothing negative to nitpick here. I would stay here again in Tainan.

The hotel is near the train station and the staff at the reception were helpful. In addition to that, they have some really amazing souvenirs from the hotel, which are available for purchase. They can be a great addition to the things to bring back from the city.

Although we booked a deluxe bedroom, it was quite congested for two people. Maybe it is just the city thing.

New property at good location. Friendly staff. Rooms and lobby look everything like photos. I do enjoy the local Taiwanese breakfast. Appreciate the welcome snack and plenty of water in room. Nicely decorated hotel with lots of arts and books around.

There is only one elevator. As a small hotel, the wait is never long. If I need to pick one disadvantage this would be it.

the staff were super friendly and the room was awesome! it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. they gave us free water, snacks, tea, coffee, etc. and the breakfast was also really yummy! it was mostly taiwanese-style options but they also had some bread/toast available if you’re looking for something slightly more western. they also have luggage storage if you want to explore more of tainan after checkout! only about a 10 minute walk to the train station so it’s very convenient

Comfortable hotel near the train station and bus access. Nice modern decor. Good bed. Friendly and efficient staff.

Small room, poorly designed with several raised parts of the floor that are tripping and toe stubbing hazards. Plentiful breakfast buffet options but ordinary quality.
