The room was great, clean, comfortable, location was great, overall good value. I would definitely recommend.

When we arrived we were given a room in which the window doesn't open, and it smelled a bit. As it was late and the kids were tired, they offered to switch our room the following day (which we did, and that was much better). The first room was also missing some amenities (towels, etc.) which according to the staff "ran out". I also didn't like the fact that they charge for 1 hour late checkout, I think they could have let it slide whenever possible.

WOW! It needed a trip all around Taiwan to find this gem! What a great hotel, 10 out of 10! Super comfy beds, I had the best sleep within weeks in there! A generous bathroom with a cool rain shower and bathtub. Cool city view. Great interior, very good taste in furniture inside the rooms. The whole storytelling with the sports & games isn't needed in my opinion, but it's fun. English speaking staff. I would give more than 10 points if I could.

The only negative point would be the entrance to the hotel. You have to get into a pretty shady building and a old / dirty elevator to get to the hotel. First impression counts. But the staff at the counter was super nice & friendly!

On the inside the hotel and our room were nice and modern (the outside was a little old but that was fine). The room and bathroom were spacious and had everything we needed. The location was good and we were very close to convenience stores and lots of restaurant options.

The soundproofing wasn't fantastic and you could hear things in nearby rooms and hear the corridor quite loudly. This wasn't entirely unexpected for the type of hotel and it didn't overly detract from the stay.

Everything is of high quality. Very relaxing and energetic space. Great staff.

My bed caved in due to wear and tear and staff said that it can't be turned over. So, she suggested to put another blanket under as a quick fix. It worked. If it wasn't a photo from a review, it is hard to find. Plus the building lobby and the appearance of the elevator is scary with current renovation going on in the front. But thanks to previous reviewers, I was able to overcome that and head upstairs. Ended up to be the best stay with the best value.

Conveniently located, rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, incl. a Nespresso coffee machine. The mattress was very comfy. Very good value for money, I would recommend !

Entrance not easy to find and the ground floor of the building is a bit creepy. The staff let the room's window opened before I arrived, so it was very warm/humid and I arrived. The room was advertised 'with balcony' however this is more an enclosed, glassed corridor where the exterior AC unit was located. Not very usable.

We were pleasantly surprised! The bathroom was spacious, the room had great lighting and very comfortable furniture, and the finishings were clean and modern. Prices were reasonable, and several bus lines were within walking distance. We were very comfortable for our two nights and would book again.

The sports motif almost made us not book because we were afraid this hotel was all schtick and no seriousness, but we should not have worried. This hotel in fact offered high hospitality, the staff were professional, and the offerings were top of the line.

The room was specious n love the big bathroom with bathtub. Enough power sockets.A local supermarket n famous milk tea shop is just near by. Good location to go around town.

No greeting or smile by staff every time we pass the reception. All the ladies were busy with Halloween makeup n don’t bother customers. The water sink near reception was full of garbage n no hygiene. Should keep it clean as customers can see it.

Great location within walking distance of many popular restaurants

hotel is located in an old building. taxi driver warned us that the area is in an unsavoury part of town and that we should be more careful when out at night, especially the females in our group. we didn’t encounter any troubles and found our stay to be generally pleasant, but would suggest for solo female travellers to think twice before staying here in light of the cabbie’s advice.

The location is very convenient, less than 10 mins by taxi (~TWD120) from Tainan Train Station, supermarket at the opposite and next door to 24 hours convenience store. Staff are nice and helpful, special thanks to 小靖 who’s the reception in my check in date, provided very detail info around the property. I specially amazed by the strong water pressure and hot water throughout the shower.

The hotel is located at the fifth floor of an old building which is under renovation, so be careful on your steps at the ground floor waiting for lift. Sleeping bed was a little too soft to me, won’t be a problem if you stay just 1 or 2 nights.

The location was good, friendly and service-minded staff. Free-of-charge water. There were many and various toiletries. A few English channels on TV. Asked if the room should be cleaned every day.

No laundry services, although the hotel advertises as if they provide those. No breakfast options. We found cigarrete butts in the balcony. The elevators are a bit shabby. Not too easy to find the entrance. Room's door to the corridor were a little crooked, thus would not close completely by itself, we always had to close them manually. The doors do not provide sound proofing - everything happening in the corridor is audible.
