It was convenient. Nice for one night stay for my family of 5 to stay in one room together. We didn’t have much luggage since we only stayed one night. We were not looking for luxury accommodations nor for a long term stay. So this was what we needed for one night at a good price. Staff was friendly , helpful, and spoke English well.

The room was basic, but we didn’t mind since we only stayed one night. It was clean and comfortable enough.

This was my favorite place to stay in during my 3-week tour around Taiwan! The room was extremely well cleaned and peaceful and the bed was really comfortable. The air purifier probably also helped to create an atmosphere of freshness - more hotels in Taiwan should have those! The staff was also very nice and attentive, even though some of them didn’t speak English too well. In addition, I appreciated the view, the Japanese style bidet, and the ecological, reusable water bottles. Overall, I slept really well and felt very comfortable here!

It was honestly a bit too expensive for me - so while I was really happy with everything, I can’t really afford this level of comfort, apparently… ;( Also one practical suggestion: while having a free washer & dryer in the guest floor was excellent, I wish there had been some way to reserve a washing time, especially since the washing room is only open at 8-22. I had to do my laundry a little too early in my stay, because I wanted to make sure I would have the opportunity to wash at least something (since I’m traveling long-term and need to plan laundry quite carefully).

My room was super spacious. It thoughtfully furnished with two sofas for lounging and a table for putting your stuff. I like that it had a free flow of drinking water in the laundry room instead of giving out bottled mineral water. You could opt out of daily towel changes to go greener. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is 10 minutes away from shennong street and minutes away from the city centre by cab. Staff can help you call for a cab, which are easily available.

The room is very well equipped, bidet toilet bowl with auto opening. clean bath tub, and all usual amenities for a hotel room. Large room with a window. View was alright, can see the river, but that's not something which bothers me.

There really wasn't anything which I didn't like. But just note that they do not have leave luggage services, but instead, they provide coin lockers.

When Tainan state had a water emergency, the hotel reassured us that they will not be affected. It was great!

Toilet ceiling is abit low so tall humans have a hard time showering with their heads up

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well organized. One of the most eco-friendly hotels we’ve seen - refillable water bottles provided, rather than disposable ones. Mugs and cups in the rooms that could be used for free coffee and tea. Separate bathroom slippers from room slippers. We stayed in a five person room - beds were firm with very nice duvets and pillows. Washer and dryer free except for 20NT for a detergent pod (could bring your own). Lockers on site if you need to store luggage after check out. Staff was very pleasant. Location about a 10 min walk from Shennong St.

View out the bedroom windows was into the building across the street - no real privacy if curtains were open. Shower curtain could be used in small tub but not much space. Easier to use shower wand than keep it hung on wall.

The new renovations and innovative approach to problem solve the needs of the client. There's a dehumidifier and a strong air conditioner to provide the best comfort a hotel can offer.

If only toilet could be flushed down the toilet, but other than that, I would give this place 100%.

The room was very clean and the location is in walking distance to a lot of sightseeing things. The staff was also very helpful with us and we could leave the luggage there before check-in.

The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The location was central, within walking distance of Shennong Street and not far from the train station. Washing machine was available for laundry. The hotel was good value for money.

Staff are nice and professional. Good location with convenient store and many restaurants nearby. Definitely will choose here to stay again next time.
