the location is great at the Ximen area, with many great eateries within walking distance, as well as a big shopping centre nearby. Car park in front of the accommodation is useful. Laundry facilities with washer and dryer is available. Staff is friendly.

Housekeeping is sporadic. We have 3 rooms in a floor to ourselves and although housekeeping is done on the first day after hanging the "make up the room sign" on the main door. Housekeeping were not done on some of the rooms after that as we did not realize that there were separate "make up the room sign" for each individual rooms. No lifts were available but this is already mentioned. The 2 washer and 1 dryer can be really busy at night.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I left my paper off glasses behind and they messaged to inform me and helped to arrange for the glasses to be sent to Taipei. Very comfortable apartment to stay in. Not too far from the eating street.

The water pipes will make noise in the night when the upper levels are using the bathroom. It's temporary and just a little nuisance, the staff and the comfort the apartment brings makes us ignore this little annoyance.

1. The location was great. It was next to a bus stop, right across from a large mall and lots of food nearby. It was an 11 min walk to the historic lantern street. Since we didn't have a car here the location was perfect. 2. The self service laundry was great even though the dryer was a bit slow (took 2.5 hours) 3. There were 3 very cute cats living in the alley next to the hotel.

1. The room was VERY small and we couldn't lay down both of our suitcases to access our stuff. The only place to sit in the room was on the bed but the walls of the room had siding that would dig into your back. It was very uncomfortable. The only "table" was a tiny little fold down board. 2. The room had almost 0 natural light since it just faced another building. 3. To access the room we had to go up 3 floors of very steep stairs since there was no elevator. This was challenging with our luggage. The room would not have been accessible for a handicapped person.

The staff are very helpful, the location is great (right next to the Xiao Ximen HSR shuttle bus stop), and the facilities were excellent. Everything was clean and decorated with care (not trying to be as cheap as possible like other spots).

They were very upfront about the room having a shared bathroom, so no surprises there. Still, it is a drawback on an otherwise exceptional stay. Only a minor inconvenience, though, as the bathroom was spotless, and we never had to wait to get in.

Everything! There is even soap for hand washing, which not every b&b provides.

Every time you go out you have to press a button which makes a beeping sound. We rented out the whole floor so it wasn’t a problem. But for those who didn’t, sound insulation can be poor and you can be affected by your neighbors comings and going’s. The outside common space lights never turn off.

Nice environment and vibe. Homely feels with a nice area for rest and creative work which I am a hobbyist of (I left a card on the wall!) location was very close to Shinkong Mitsukoshi so it’s nice to have nice place vibes. it’s also within walking distance to the old part of town, so it’s very tourist-friendly.

because the rooms are all on the second floor, I can’t say it’s really friendly for people with some physical ailments. My mum actually slipped on the stairs to our room twice when she was walking down to the ground floor. Overall not luggage-friendly.

Love the vibe and all stuff they prepared for the guests, especially shower gel and bath soup. We feel the host's thoughtfulness.

Everything is perfect except the shared bathroom noise. I waked up for many times when someone use the bathroom. Next time I may choose aother room type.

Very nice place in the center of Tainan city. Many of the important temples are walking distance away. Very good and comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi signal. Separate bathroom. Nice English speaking personal (a rarity in Taiwan).

Actually, no major complains.

Simon is super cool, the property is very comfortable (we stayed in the room with futons and slept so well!)

We enjoyed our stay, great location and good price. Room was pretty comfy. Need to share the bathroom but we have no issue with it, will stay again next time we visit Tainan.
