Hotel A. exceeded my expectations. We stayed a week, and could happily have stayed longer. The room was comfortable and quiet, the aircon efficient - and also quiet. The bathroom was well equipped, and the cleaning staff kept it that way. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Every day there were changes to the buffet; thus, although most of the offerings were Asian, we had no trouble finding something we enjoyed.

Great location and clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay: it was superb! A little tip, in case you are coming by car: book the parking spot in advance. The parking lot gets really full, especially during public holidays.

The room’s facilities were quite old. Hope the hotel can invest in the renovation in the upcoming years. The sky terrace on the rooftop was closed during our stay, which was a pity. Hope it will be reopened soon.

- Comfortable bed with hard mattress - Good location, close to the H31 shuttle to the high speed rail - Friendly staff - Nicely decorated rooms, not just the standard hotel decoration - 24 front desk - Refilled big bottles of toiletries, much more sustainable as opposed to travel-size

- Breakfast lacking for vegans. There is no protein (only some tiny portions of a square of tofu) and not everything seems labelled properly. I also didn't think the dishes were very nice, there seems to be a focus on quantity rather than quality. Vegans also has a single steamed bun - plain and boring. The tea at breakfast is also super sweet, really not pleasant. - Mugs are provided in rooms but no tea or coffee so I didn't get the point.

Decent room size, great location, great breakfast spread, good hotel staff attentiveness and courteous, toilet and room is clean. Bed is firm and nice

Pillow is too soft, it’s impossible to sleep with just one pillow and even two is charged and doubt it’s good enough as it’s too soft. Needs improvement in pillows, building is slightly old lift took awhile for arriving on weekends had to wait.

The hotel is in downtown, and has parking. That was why we chose it. We liked that we could give our car license number beforehand and drove right into the parking lot before check-in. The room just the right size for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent that exceeded our expectation.

Wish it has more space to hang clothes.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it was still a pleasant stay.. though not near to any night market but the small little shops are also interesting and nice to shop. This time I stayed during the weekend but the breakfast was well managed and does not feel messy at all

Awesome modern place in Tainan. Location is great and close to many good local restuartants & museums. Super comfy room and excellent service. The hotel is equipped with commercial washers and dryers that are easy to use. I would recommend if you are considering a longer stay and/or a well-rested stay.

Breakfast was the best throughout my stay in Taiwan. Bed was firm with good support.

Pillow was abit soft, and my car lot reservation was not properly registered, despite informing the hotel my plate no in advance and getting a confirmation.

I could here some noise from the corridor in the morning when people were going down for breakfast. The noise insulation could be better.

The staff was very helpful especially when we decided to check out early. They said they would refund the last night. The rooms were very clean and always stocked with water and fresh towels everyday.

The lobby was very small and I felt it was hard to wait there and relax. The breakfast wasn’t westernized. They had cereal and runny eggs and that’s it for western food.
