This hostel is everything you can ask for when you are traveling. The hostel is almost right next to the bus stop. It is super convenient and quite easy to find. The staffs are all very nice and friendly. They all speak English. Some of them might not be as fluent in English but good enough for basic communication. I got the double room with private bathroom and it was spacious and comfortable. All and all, I would come back to stay here next time I visit Dulan

The wifi reception in my room wasn't the best. It's very spotty. In the end, I just use my cell phone data when I'm in my room. The wifi in the lobby is great, just FYI.

This is a spacious hostel with a large sitting room upstairs and plenty of large bathrooms. The female dormitory has a dedicated bathroom, and breakfast is great (bread with hummus, peanut butter, chocolate and coconut spreads, pineapple, coffee). The kitchen is fully equipped and there are a few stores close by that sell vegetables. The space is clean, the internet is reliable, and the location is amazing - a short walk away from the beach, next to the sugar factory, and a few doors down from the bus stop.

There are a lot of very hungry mosquitoes, particularly in the kitchen and on the ground floor in general. It was hard to use that space even with mosquito repellent on because they were biting so much.

Amazing place to chill and socialize. The common areas have everything you need, and it's so well decorated. It's clean and spacious. Free and delicious breakfast. Bonus: 2 cats. The owner is super friendly as well as the volunteers. Great location in little Dulan, next to the 7-eleven, 10-15min walk to the beach. 👌

Everything was great.

The atmosphere was great. The hostel was very clean. The manager helps you with everything you need. The breakfast was nice with some bread and fruits and great chocolade paste. Just 15 minute walk from the sea.

The welcoming message via booking threw us off at the beginning. It seemed very strict, but don't let it put you off. Because our stay was great! Only the matrasses can be improved.

This is a great hostel and looks like the nicest one in the area. The common area is clean and has super cute cats that roam around. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was bigger than I expected.

I was surprised how far the beach was from the town (about a 25 minute walk). Just something to keep in mind if you're planning to surf. Could easily rent surf boards from just across the street and they shuttle you down to the beach. If you're not coming to this area to surf, there isn't much else going on.

Nick was amazing, as well as all of the other staff, even Anna :) Great music, great vibes. This is the number one spot I would like to return to in Taiwan. I had fun surfing, and the trip to the canyon was great as well.

Best hostel I’ve stayed, the pictures do not do it justice! There is just something special about Dulan and the travel bug. Everyone ends up extending their stay or wishes they had. I was recommended this hostel by someone in passing and I will continue that trend and recommend it to anyone visiting the area

It's a great platform to bind together the travellers from around the world. Great music, from vintage speakers as well as played by talented people, vibes throughout the day. Great location on the main street and very close to the beaches.

Cats are too cute and you risk patting them all day.

Free breakfast! The place is cozy and nice for an easy visit. Especially for the backpacker! Love the lobby filled with instruments to play with!

The hostel location is close to the main road, sometimes the traffic noise might disturb your relaxation.

I loved the front porch area, the female dorm room beds were big enough and very comfortable. Bring ear plugs and eye mask to block street sounds and morning light. Very clean bathrooms and kitchen. The proximity to the bus stop is great.

The peanut butter for breakfast is extremely sweet.
