We had a fantastic stay. Room was great and comfortable. The shower pressure was super. The Gym was nice, pool looked great even if we didn't manage to use it during this stay. Breakfast was the best we had so far in Dar. Would totally stay again and already looking forward to return.

We arrived before check in time - even though the room was ready there was an extra charge to use the room 3 hrs longer, we declined and parked our luggage in the store and went out. It wasn't a problem for us and i understand extra charges for early check ins - especially when one wants to secure it, but if it is few hours and the room ready it's a nice service if early check in is complimentary.

The room is very nice, very clean & comfortable. There is a microwave & small kitchenette. Breakfast was good. I could find something suitable for me as a diabetic.

I had dinner at the hotel coffee shop in the reception area. I ordered chicken & fish curry with basmati rice but when they brought the food, there was no curry color, nor smell, nor taste. The rice was not basmati & was sticky. The waiter refused to let me sit at a table althought one table was occupied only. They asked me to sit on a couch with a small coffee table a little bigger than the plate. Even when the young ladies sitting at a table left, they could have asked me to sit at that table instead, but they didn't. The breakfast coffee was very diluted & tastless.

Hotel staff, reception is very welcoming the staff at the bar are super noce and always willing to help, my waiter was exceptional forgot his name but needs a raise he walked us to the rooftop walked us to the terrace area just to accompany us, he served us our delicious meal and drinks, i forgot his name but seems abit older and short. 5 star service

The room is spacious and comfortable the hotel is nice and clean

The room exceeded the images we see online, very neat and wonderful views and so comfortable with alot of space. We booked the two bedroom executive suites, definitely value for your money while offering each of the sharing guest their needed privacy.

We were not allowed to take pictures of ourselves on the property in this social media age, which defeats the purpose of enjoying your travel stay if you cannot have memories.

Very interesting hotel in Masaki, externally extremely elegant and with excellent design, inside, sober and pleasant, spacious and very comfortable rooms, very clean and with excellent staff. Enjoy your breakfast. All amenities available. I recommend it as a solution close to the sea in one of the most exclusive areas of the city.

I would like to point out only two points that are necessary to implement: wifi connection in the rooms to be strengthened and implemented with start TV, to improve the service offered

Brand new hotel with a very clean and modern design. Fantastic rooms with a unique spacious layout and modern fittings, very quiet and comfortable to work from. Reliable wifi, new television, convenient kitchenette, and huge bathroom. Convenient location with a cafe and several restaurants nearby and a short walk to the Slipway. Highly recommended.

Cafe/breakfast wasn't yet open in the lobby (Aug 2023), but was told it would be open in a couple of weeks. But cafe only a few minutes walk outside and breakfast delivered to room.

Modern, very comfortable and clean property. Staff very professional and friendly and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There was also a restaurant which catered for late check-ins. We were a party of 3 adults and the two bedroom apartment with two ensuites was very well presented.

What I like about this property is that it doesn’t follow the local service standards so you can have accessibility to very good facilities. Great breakfast very clean. I have sit in many hotels in Dar and this is definitely the only one that I would say it didn’t disappoint.

Can’t think of anything even the prices for the restaurant is very fair

Great location, just a short walk away from Slipway with its plethora of sea view restaurants, bars and craft shops. The hotel was clean and modern, with a sea view and balcony. Very convenient and extremely comfortable.

Disappointed that the pool was under renovation while we were there.

Location and clean room, housekeping are excellent.

Food in breakfast was cold, some table in restaurant was shaking (not stable) and swimming pool not so clean, bar close to reception not good idea. You need to wait for order long time, it was just coffee, they are olways looking for change, I think this is a way for get a tip...I don't like it
