Breakfast could have more health food options Drink order to pool area takes to long and sometimes misunderstanding (due to lack of english knowledge) Tours are to expensive (better organize yourself) Sea is most of the time on low tide during the day and therefore impossible to swim (nothing to do with the hotel generally the same on the east cost) Shisha is not good

nightly entertainment was fantastic rooms were great pool was fantastic resort itself was fantastic staff couldnt have been nicer walking the beach was fun food was good staff was able to help plan excursions and massages staff was available to carry bags

power outages frequently affected my cpap machine at night - we shouldve been forewarned about that no frozen cocktails at pool bar a few issues with water outtages or no hot water room telephone not working - had to call someone multiple times jozani forest excursion - we were advised to buy bananas at market to feed monkeys - and so we did - and we were not allowed to feed them and also found out they dont even eat bananas those monkeys. airport shuttle arrived slightly late - causing us some anxiety not wheelchair accessible and should be advertised as such

Amazing visit to the One Resort. Pool: The pool area is fantastic, offering a refreshing escape with a great vibe. Private Beach: The private beach is a highlight, providing a serene and exclusive experience. The area is really calm. Staff: The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful sea view. More focused at couples due to open shower. Beds: The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

Food: The buffet food is okay, but you can find better food elsewhere. It’s not bad. Driver: One of their drivers was driving too fast and using his phone constantly while driving, not so professional

programs at night, the pool and the pool bar were all exceptional staff was nice and friendly, they were responsive and handled all requests and excursion organization quickly dinners were really good, every night a different cuisine room was big and comfortable there was cleaning every day the ocean is next to the hotel, the beach is nice and clean the ice in the bar is made from bottled water, so it is easy to avoid the tap water new fresh water replacement every day in the room

breakfast was good, but could have been a little more variety the shower and sink was a little clogged, waterflow was a little slow in the bathroom. but fully usable on the trip to stonetown the guide was not the best, she just walked with us, but did not really talk about the history, but this is not really the hotel's fault

The hotel was beautiful, the environment was perfect, the staff were excellent. It is definitely we will be going every year.

It is sad to say this, I gave the hotel 9 just because of the one little thing 'food',With how excellent they are I don't know why they failed on this, the food was not enough to cover all the guests. So, we had to go early to be able to eat variety. Apart from this minor thing, yet it is important, I would have rated the hotel 10/10.

We were looking for a resort to disconnect and rest after our safari and decided on The One after reading food reviews. The resort is great value for money. While a bit smaller than usual resorts it gives you the comfort and peace we were looking for. It wasnt full which made it even better. Need a sunbed? No problem. Enough sunbeds available any time of the day. Swimming pools were really nice and never crowded. Kids didnt want to go anywhere else. Breakfast was good and dinner had a "theme" every night, Aisian, Italian, Polish, Tanzanian always something to choose from even for picky kids. Prices for beer were normal for a beach resort 4-5usd for beer, 7usd for a cocktail. Entertainment was just enough as we wanted to rest more or less. Some sports like beach volley, football or water aerobics and artistic performances at dinner. Rooms are big, nice and clean with mosquito nets and great AC.

Tides affect the swimming in the sea. There is really nothing in the immidiate sorrunding. No restaurants or shops, just other hotels. But this means no people offering tours or selling suvenirs as happens in Nungwi and Kendwa. Bed is on the firm side but nothing too bad. All in all one of the best price performance hotels I ever been to.

We really enjoyed our time at the One resort. The staff is great, always helpful and friendly. The food was great, the pool and pool bar is also amazing. Highly recommend the resort if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

This place is amazing and the staff and management are top notch! It is like stepping into a dream when you arrive here and you never want to wake up! From the awesome pool to the fantastic food myself and my 15 work colleagues loved it! We have a Christmas party here and fly everyone over from around the world and it was relaxing and comforting and wonderful. Great for kids too as they have a large shallow kids pool and really attentive staff! Love it and will return one day!

The Masai can be a little to forward with female guests and it was funny but at the same time a little annoying . Other then that it was great.

It was entertaining, clean, with amazing service and quality, this is my 5th time in zanzibar and I have never experienced this level of attention, service and entertainment all in one place. Rooms were clean spacious, and the view was even better in person. Food was delicious!! Everyday was a different cuisine which made us look forward to our dinners everyday. I cant thank the staff for making us feel welcomed and warm, definitely coming back
