Private pool and garden only for us! Big house with all necessary equipment. Very quiet and peaceful place, yet only 10 minutes by car to Aonang! We had a great time for relax but when we needed to go to night market or take boat to Railey it was all very close by car. Elephant Shelter opposite, just 1 minute walk. Very friendly stuff, villas in very good condition and very clean! Totally recommend and I would come back!

Only minus I can find is breakfast. It was delivered to room which was great but I’m more of a fan of bufet. Selection of breakfast was ok for few days but not for longer stay. Everything was very tasty but due to the fact that it was delivered to the room it was a bit too cold.

Absolutely Amazing Stay – Perfect for Families! We stayed at Alisea Pool Villas for 5 days (2 adults and 3 kids aged 12, 10, and 5), and it was simply fantastic. The villas are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a private pool that the kids absolutely loved. Breakfast is a highlight—fresh, delicious, and brought straight to your room each morning. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making us feel at home. The location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat that’s still just a short drive away from Ao Nang's main attractions. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to relax in comfort and style. We’d love to come back!

Alisea was such a fantastic spot to atay! The staff were all so welcoming and helpful and the villa was spacious and spotlessly clean. The place was so quiet and peaceful with beautiful trees and wildlife surrounding. There were only 11 villas in total, with mainly families so it was very quiet. While we were away from the hustle and bustle of the Ao Nang centre, it was easy to get into town using the Alisea shuttle (running into Ao Nang for free 3 times a day) and hailing a tuktuk or using the grab app to get back (100-200 baht). The private pool and garden made a great spot to cool down and relax after a long day of adventuring around Ao Nang and the islands. The building was beginning to show its age, but met our needs completely. Overall, a fantastic experience. Will definitely come back again!

This hotel is a real gem. We’ve vacationed many times across Thailand and Alisea is our favourite thus far. The pool and the two bathrooms were a huge plus for our family of four. The villas as extremely spacious and airy and the service is great as well. Very friendly and chill vibes., with staff always eager to help. We never ate here but Ao Nang with its surfeit of restaurants is a cheap Grab ride away (around 80 baht) and a lovely waterfront restaurant called Top is a short walk away. They also run a free shuttle to Ao Nang thrice a day although we mostly took cabs at our own convenience. Krabi town, Nong Thale, Klong Muang and other attractions are all easily accessible. The toiletries on offer could be better but overall it’s great value for money.

Staff were incredibly friendly, attentive to your every need and respectful. They took care of every matter promptly and made us feel welcome all the time. The property was spacious, beautiful, had everything you needed and private.

The pool area needed more privacy, although there were bushes and trees concealing the pool, they were very sparse and I could easily see into the villa next to us and vice versa. There were also many geckos on the properly which entered our home, but that is no fault of the property itself, but what you should expect from any accommodation in Thailand.

Friendly and professional staffs. Effective communication before check in. Pool is wonderful to chill during the warm day and hang with family. Big and spacious master bedroom with a lot of space in the closet as well. Our unit is near the reception and main road. Traffic noise is very noticeable at outdoor pool, but inside the house, it is quiet.

Tap water in kitchen pantry taste salty even after boiling. Water in shower make skin feels a bit sticky after shower. Jacuzzi pump not working properly at our unit and need to set to manual mode (on all the time once it turned on)

WE LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE ALISEA POOL VILLA. THE STAFF WERE VERY AFFECTIONATE, PROACTIVE AND HELPFUL IN EVERY RESPECT. THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. THE ROOMS, FACILITIES, SWIMMING POOL, ETC WERE VERY COMFORTABLE, VERY CLEAN AND EXCELLENT IN EVERY RESPECT. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT WERE VERY QUICKLY DONE. EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO RESTAURANT, THEIR KITCHEN SUPPLIED GOOD FOOD WITH A LIMITED MENU. OVERALL, WE HAD AN EXCELLENT STAY IN EVERY RESPECT !!

WE MOSTLY HAD TO GO OUT TO AO NANG BEACH (4 KMs AWAY) FOR LUNCH / DINNER, BECAUSE THE HOTEL KITCHEN MENU WAS LIMITED. TRANSPORT TO THE BEACH IS AVAILABLE THRICE DAILY THROUGH A SHUTTLE, BUT RETURN HAS TO BE BY TAXI / TUK TUK. THERE ARE NO GOOD RESTAURANTS NEARBY.

Nice villa with lovely pool. Clean and well maintained rooms. Good variety of mini bar with friendly prices. Front desk lady Kookkai super super supportive, organised everything we have asked - all transfers, attractions, provided 100% service. So far the best service through our trip in Thailand.

The only thing which is not even negative feedback due to Kookkai’s service is location a bit outside of town. But elephant sanctuary is on the other side of the street as a bonus.

Pool was clean and everything around worked well. Breakfast was OK, fresh fruits everyday, Thai breakfast was very lovely. Staff was amazing, very nice, helpful, always smiling. Localization is good, it's little bit off but that worked well for us, close to the beaches if you have a car/motorbike. Lovely garden.

Floors were little bit dirty, but otherwise they cleaned everything regularly. Kitchen equipment was quite used and reduced to minimum, but it was still possible to cook a meal. Little bit noisy street around which calms down during the night.
