Wow! Awesome experience. What they don't say in the booking is that there is a daily program with very fun and exciting activities for everyone. Volleyball, Thai boxing. Exceptional training team, Gem, Mohammed and the team are the best. Solo week was busy. Nice hiking trails. Make time to explore the islands. The food was amazing, cheff AG supper awesome and passionate with the food. Enjoyed so much. Variety of Food is always available. Freshest fruit and salad Friendly staff, very helpful reception. Cart available all the time to take you and drivers always willing to help. Very nice bed linen, place is kept thoroughly clean at all time. I came here solo, and next time I am bringing my family.

The fact the the pool bar closes at 7pm😅 Really wish we could stay longer. But we get to chill in the main bar till 11pm.

The resort is a true escape and paradise still close enough to phuket and far enough to be able to experience the silence and sereniy of the island. The rooms we took were on the swimmingpool, hours of fun in the huge pool. Breakfast is mosrly the same every day but very good with enough variety. What made our visit most special, was A.G. the most attentfull chef we ever met. He made our visit a vacation never to forget

When you book just breakfast, for the children it is challenging to find a lunch outside the hotel. We missed icecream and sweets we couldn't find anywhere.

The resort was phenomenal and I will definitely return in the future! I couldn't get enough of the beautiful scenery. The hotel is perfectly located, so you get amazing views of both the ocean and the surrounding area. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The pool was another highlight of my stay. It was super clean, spacious, and just plain awesome. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away. I have to give a shoutout to the hotel's restaurant too. The food was delicious! Every meal was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. The chefs did an amazing job, and every dish was fresh and flavorful. What really made my stay special was the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I checked in, everyone was so welcoming and eager to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home and really added to the whole experience.

The lighting in the room was not ideal. I think having adjustable lighting options or a few softer lamps would make a big difference. Additionally, there was no dedicated vanity area in the room, which was inconvenient for getting ready. A small vanity or dressing area would be a great addition for future guests. At the hotel's restaurants, I noticed a bit of an issue with flies, which made dining less enjoyable. I think putting fly repellent fans on each table would allow guests to enjoy their meals without distractions. Another thing to keep in mind is the wait time for transportation. The golf carts and iron took quite a while to arrive, so I would recommend calling the reception and scheduling everything the night before. This especially goes for booking the boat to the lagoon.

We had a place with pool access , it was really well set up , perhaps we spent more time in the pool than anywhere else. Breakfast is very good, and the staff are attentive. Easy to get buggy to room and plenty of smiles. There were free daily activities but we didn't use them.

The cost of something is somewhat highly. An hour massage. 6000 baht for a 1 hr massage is ridiculous.. also the amenities let us down. Hot water was average, they had a 4hr chlorination event which shut of pools, showers, taps and toilet. They put on an afternoon tea in the main restaurant to compensate but there were no toilets available there either and we had to find a plastic bag in the room to go to the toilet. The chlorination event killed many flies which ended in the pool, but they cleaned that up very quickly. After the Chlorination event we only had cold water which we reported the next day. I believe it only happens 1 a year, guess we were unlucky but that was our experience. Beach is OK.

What a gorgeous stay, it was an incredible place to come and unwind for a few days. The staff are amazing and always greeted you with a smile. Both pools were amazing, we booked a room with pool access and would highly recommend this as waking up and being able to swim straight away was amazing, the infinity pool in the main part of the resort with sea views was equally as stunning, and the happy hour in the sunshine was so fun on a Saturday afternoon. We also took kayaks out and paddled around a nearby island which was great (although was a bit disappointed this was an extra cost). The Thai food at the restaurant on the beach was incredible, the panang curry with prawns was so delicious, I'd never eaten prawns that big, also their fresh lime soda drinks were so delicious, the omelettes at breakfast were also very good (huge selection of options at breakfast and was unlimited). Wifi was fast which was very useful as we were working during the Friday when we were there, bed was extremely comfortable and lovely sheets, shower pressure and temperature also very good. Some reviews have said navigation to the resort was difficult however maybe they are just used to everything being done for them, or not having to go slightly out of their way. We found our driver very easily from the airport (they were holding a sign for the resort on it and checked our names for the booking), and we'd told the hotel of our time of arrival so there was a boat ready for us at the port (we paid extra as arrived out of the free boat times) but this was all seamless and was exciting arriving by boat and picked up in a golf buggy down the jetty. I would highly recommend, great value for such a beautiful place.

Our room slightly smelled of damp, however we were in rainy season so it was quite humid. Our phone to reception wasn't working on the first day, but was fixed straight away.

The location was amazing. Tranquil, private and special. I regretted not having a pool access room so if you are considering it, please do!

The price of food and drink. I understand this is in part due to it being an island so please keep in this in mind for your budgeting ie $1000 baht for buffet breakfast/brunch, and $1000-1200 baht for main meals ie a main and an alcoholic drink.

Very beautiful surroundings, large resort & sits along its own beach. Room was clean, spacious & there are restaurants inside the resort that serves beautiful, delicious fresh Thai food & an extensive Western menu. Relaxing atmosphere and the wait staff are lovely.

We got put into a room on the new side, recently added as they weee still refurbishing upstairs for more rooms. We had a physical phone but no plug so you couldn’t call for a buggy to come get you from your room to the main resort. We told the reception staff & they left it for 2 days but sorted it on our last day. During busy times, you have to wait for the buggy. Main thing is making sure you arrange plane tickets & transport to the island to align with their boat transfer. Anything outside those times (after 6pm) you have to organise a long boat & they give you different prices & then pay for a motorbike tuk tuk as well. The island is small & other than the 2 resorts on there it’s not very developed so for us 4 days was a bit long.

We have ordered the Villa with a private pool - the accommodation was great, really nice luxurious villa, comfy bed, nice pool, etc. The breakfast are also very good and the service from the staff is great as well. everybody is very nice, helpful and with the private villa we also got a personal villa manager who was handling all our request and cleaning time etc. the resort is really big with a lot of greenery, if your villa is far from the reception or sea, there are golf carts which serve as taxi in the resort.

The Coconut island itself is not very nice. we went outside of the resort and there is just few houses, it looks like a very poor area :(. if you have only breakfast in the resort, there is almost no other possibility but to eat lunch and dinner at the resort restaurant which are quite expensive, so prepare for that - these are not thai prices of food. the beach is not clean and not nice and there is a sign that in the water are jellyfish and stingrays. we were very dissapointed by the beach and sea in this area :( and the water pressure in the villa was horrible, i couldnt even wash my hair there since the water pressure was so low.

I had an amazing 3 weeks at Island Escape. Was looking for a quiet place to relaxe and enjoy the nature and friendly people and found more than that. Especially the staff at the restaurants, the thai food always fresh cooked was great. The sports staff had a variety of water sports, boxing, Volleyball and a yoga class to offer. As i already planned my next stay there in 2025, i hope to find maybe snorkeling, sailing and Wind Surfing there, because the beach and the sea is excellent for that and the young guests would enjoy this a lot. See you in 2025.
