Cleanliness was good. Value for Money hotel.

The location is on a busy highway but requires 15 mins drive to old Town by taxi or bike. Taxi to old Town cost between 200 to 300 baht. Taxi to the airport costs around 500 Baht. Taxi to Phuket or Karon cost between 300 to 600 Baht depending on the demand. The bed in the room was very wide compared to mattress and there was always risk of accidental injury to kids if remained inattentive.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, staff always on hand to help with anything. We rented a bike and it didn't have a phone holder, advised the staff of this and they had someone come and put one on our bike within a couple of hours. The restaurant/cafe next door was also lovely. The pool area is good for the size of the hotel, it didn't have more than one or two people in at a time.

The location may be a little further out than some would like, but it's completely dependent on what and where you're planning to go. We rented a bike from the hotel (easy to do and very affordable) and was able to go all the places we wanted to with ease (old town, big Buddha etc). Basically, everything is a 15+min drive so depends if you're able and happy to ride that time, no issues for us.

We could hear the noise in the corridor in the room, especially at night it was loud. One night our light turned on randomly by itself. The hotel is quite far off from the centre

Great customer service from the staff, especially Lin! Everyone was very helpful from the front desk, housekeeping, and wait staff in the cafe and at breakfast. Great selections of food for breakfast everyday. If your stay is long enough the entrees will repeat. I appreciated being able to experience some Thai entrees that I haven't tasted before. Breakfast cost 150BHT ($4 U.S) if you didn't select the with breakfast option when booking. The location is walking distance to a 7/11, the Super Cheap Market (you can find almost anything you need or forgot), ATM, KFC, a lot of food street vendors, and an easy location for Bolt or Grab to take you to Phuket Old Town (located about 15 minutes south). Two coin washers and one dryer is located in the hotel parking lot for your personal use. I am a female solo traveler and felt safe the entire time. I would recommend.

The bed was not very comfortable and very hard. It was a plank style bed and I felt like I was sleeping on the plank. The bed does have a mattress and mattress pad but it didn't help. My room was extremely dusty and I think caused some allergies to flare. I had to go to the pharmacy to get allergy eye drops and had to use them several times a day. I am now in another location in Thailand and have not had to use them since I left. I also arrived one day late and tried to adjust my stay two days before I arrived and was not compensated. If anything, that price I paid for the day that I didn't arrive could have went towards breakfast everyday instead of me having to pay for it everyday I ate.

I had an extremely wonderful stay with Ratana. The housekeeping team is always ready to make up your room as soon as you step out the door. The entire staff team is extremely kind and helpful. Together with a great room with a microwave, kettle and fridge and a massive king sized bed… comes a wonderful pool area to relax by. I didn’t get the pleasure of actually using the breakfast facility but from what it looked like, a vast array of options to choose from. Loved this stay.

Comfortable room, big and clean. Nice shower rather than a wet room! Good looking pool although we didn't use it. Away from the madness of Phuket.

Without having a moped or spending lots of money on taxis, the location is about 15-20 minutes from anything. It's a good 15 minute drive into the old town for restaurants and then even further for the beaches/big Buddha etc. That being said, it's quiet at night despite being on a main road.

Place is nice. Pool is very clean, and housekeeping is everyday so we get to go back to a clean hotel room. Very close to 7/11 where we got most of our snacks & water for a 5days stay. Rooms are pretty big, I was worried it was gonna be small because it looked a bit small in the picture. Has microwave and fridge so you can also buy frozen meals at 7/11, store it in the fridge and then heat up if you're on a budget. Price is also reasonable.

Location is a bit isolated though so get ready to spend a lot on Taxis and Grabs/Grabfood

My stay at Ratana Hotel Rassada was driven by the need for convenience, as I had an early morning bus ride from Phuket to Ko Samui departing from the nearby Phuket Bus Station. Opting to stay close to avoid the morning traffic rush, I found this hotel to be an ideal choice for an overnight stay. The hotel’s proximity to the bus station was a major plus, significantly easing my travel logistics. The rooms at Ratana Hotel Rassada were not only spacious but also clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night before my journey. The entire booking process, as well as check-in and check-out, were seamless and hassle-free.

The absence of a breakfast option included in the stay. Having a morning meal available would have been the cherry on top of an already pleasant experience.

Our rooms was comfortable and well layed out, giving us the amenities we needed. We found it easy to access the local buses to get to and from other places around Phuket. We weren't looking for night-life or wanting it to be close to the touristy spots so this served us well. If you're wanting those things, this location may not be for you, particularly when factoring the transport aspect

There was a restaurant area but seemed that food was only available from the attached Cafe and it didn't have a lot of options and limited times open.
