1. 2nd time stayed in Hop Inn chained hotel but different location with the same building structure, design, concept & the best part is really worth for the money. Lots of ample parking space. 2. Location is also quite good and 10 minutes drive to Central Phuket & 15 minutes drive ro Old Town. Next to the hotel, there is an muslim halal eatery outlet which the price is cheap and the 7E is only 6 minutes walking distance with more muslim halal food eatery outlet 3. Love the coffee machine located at lobby from 6am till 11am

1. You can hear the ambulance siren at any time as the hospital is located opposite of the main road 2. No additional extra bath towel unless you pay an extra of TB150 pernight and will be given a complete pillow, blanket & towel which I dont need 3. Could improve more on the shower pressure

Staff were really warm, helpful and friendly. The location was not far from the old town, off a main street where a few food shops, cafe, laundrette, banks and 7-11 convenient store are close by. My room was very comfy and clean. Services were great for a budget hotel.

Everything was great except that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. They have a coffee machine at reception for all residents to use for free between 7 and 11 in the morning, but it is not convenient when many residents needed to use the one machine at the same time. Also it is unsafe to have people carry hot drinks around with thin paper cups without lids.

The rooms are air-conditioned and well-furnished. Free coffee is available in the morning. Cleaning service is also provided. There is a 7-Eleven nearby and a few restaurants within walking distance.

You will need to pay for a taxi or rent a motorcycle, as all the attractions are far from the hotel. The western beaches are a 30 to 40-minute motorcycle ride away.

Clean, comfy, has a coffee machine where you can get free hot drinks in the morning and also they sell 2 minute noodles and some snacks at the desk. They provide boiling water as well as a microwave. Close by to a 7 eleven. Has an elevator. Very safe and secure. Aircon in the room. A shower that's closed off and not wetting the entire bathroom. They provide drinking water in glass bottles which I think is very chic.

The location is not close to any beach, mall, restaurants or food places or any places where you can do activities.

The staffs were exceptionally helpful and friendly. (There were only 2 incidents happened during our stay, but it was resolved appropriately).

The location is a bit away from Phuket Town. You'd have to take the pink bus from Phuket town or Terminal 2. If you are going to Kata/Karon beaches, you will need 2 busses minimum. And from Kata/Karon beaches the tuk tuk driveres were super hesitant to drive to this place in the nights. On top, add traffic to the journeys as well.

Comfortable feeling and environment, having car park, reasonable facilities in the rooms.

The wall haven’t protect the sound and noise. We can hear from outside or walk way. And even the loud chat from some rooms. When the next room closed the door, it could impact our room as well.

Loved the friendly staff and the place was cleaned everyday. They can help with recommendations where to eat too. Just really loved the hospitality in general. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in Phuket.

There is nothing I can complain about the Hotel:) The location is okay but a bit of a distance from old phuket town so if you want to go there, bolts are like 100-200baht and walking is like 1.1km + Just incase you wanted to know Otherwise there are places to eat close by but not much variety. Beaches would be 300 baht+ from the hotel with bolt.

there is another hop inn hotel nearby and caused confusion 3 times when we first arrived, booking taxi and ordering food delivery, somehow when the address was copied from booking.com to Google map it just mark us at a different location. it’s also quite far from the beach, nothing much to see around.

Good budget option for those seeking accommodation in Phuket town. Excellent value for money. Comfortable beds, smiling staff, quiet neighborhood.

There is no kettle in the room, so there is no possibility to make tea. There is a mini kitchenette at the reception, but it can only be used in the morning.

Cleanliness and the room indeed. Everything was so tidy, bed was huge, you have your own fridge, they provide you towel and clean the room every day if you want. Overall, was excellent. If if go back i will choose them one more time.
