Clean. Spacious room with plenty of space for suitcases, etc. Beds were the best part of this stay- on the firm side but still soft enough to sink in a bit and pillows were medium height (as opposed to super high fill). Room had a small covered balcony with outside sink- perfect for hand washing clothes and hanging wet things underneath the aircon to drip dry. Pool was small but very clean. Didn't use the exercise room but it was well equipped with handweights, treadmills, stationary bikes and a few pieces of weight equipment. Located 700 meters from the Phuket Bus Terminal #2 so we could walk over there. Laundromat (hippo laundry) located at the end of the hotel driveway so it was easy to clean clothes.

Breakfast wasn't included with the room- for 100 baht we could order a plate of eggs/omelette or rice soup plus coffee and juice. A bit on the pricey side considering no fruit or vegetables included so we ate food from a nearby cafe.

Our room was huge and very comfortable. Quiet location and beautiful pool. Gym looked good but didn't use. Renovations were going on but did not bother us at all. We found it a very easy walk to bus station and there are heaps of places to eat and convenient store very close by.

the hotel is very clean with comfortable beds. its quiet with a nice pool and has a fair size gym area . the room is very nice and the first room we had cost a bit more but had a kitchenette with microwave a few plates and kitchen sink , which is quite handy if you get take aways of want to make up something to eat . pool is very nice a little small but sun goes around the corner by midday so it is very good to hang out in the shade during very hot afternoons . great hotel fantastic price and lovely staff , I would stay here again definitely . it is half price of our last hotel and almost as good as the previous one which cost serious money . this is a bargain I thought we would be getting a slightly uncared for and dirty place for this money but no it is immaculate friendly and very comfortable also quiet . lots of small shops restaurants just outside are very helpful . you need transport or taxi to get into town .

The hotel has a fairly good gym and swimming pool. The location is good near bus station 2 (note that you cannot get to the airport from this bus station). A few good and affordable really local restaurants near the hotel.

Pool and gym were small but very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that when the do not disturb sign was on the housekeeping team left us water etc outside the room. This was because we didn't need cleaning everyday. I didn't try the breakfast but saw it was rarely busy.

I recommend the hotel invests in some more and better pool furniture as there was rarely enough.

We stayed 1 night due to transfer, was perfect as it's close to the bus terminal, and there are stores and caffes around. Clean and spacious room, nice view. Pool and rooftop pretty great too

Bed was a bit too hard.

The room was amazing. I booked a Deluxe King Suite room. It was so spacious and clean. The room was pool facing. I stayed for just one day and I booked this hotel because it is super close to bus station. However, I wish we had stayed more here. The staff kept our luggage safe before and after we checked out. They also gave us room at 12 instead of 2pm since we reached a bit early.

Clean, good sized rooms and friendly staff. We only stayed for one night as it was walking distance to the Phantip bus stop after coming back from Koh Pha Ngan.

Location is not the best if you want to stay in Phuket for activities. But suited us for a brief overnight stay before heading to the airport.

Great staff, esp the cleaners. Great pool and view for the price. I’ll be back!

Way far away from beaches, about $30 to get to the beaches and back , but also step away from bus terminal ! Thank you
