The staff was very helpful and lovely , the place decoration is very cute and nice

You need a scooter to move around to anywhere , no money exchange nearby , the cafe rates are high for a breakfast

Beautiful hotel with great attention to detail. Very aesthetic with many places to take pictures. The lady at the front desk was lovely and was making a conversation with me. There’s wall sockets beside the mirror which made it easy to blow dry and straighten my hair at the same time. Hair drier provided. Beautiful room. Room service every day and two waters provided. Shower gel smelt soooo nice 🥰 Pool area was lovely with a swing too but it was a bit cold. Security.

I wish the bed was more comfortable. It was a little bit too hard for my liking.A bit secluded. Lighting is not great. I found it hard to do my makeup. I wish there were 2 pillows provided instead of one. I really wanted to try the cafe but at the time I visited it was closed. Cleaning could be better because I saw some stains in the bathroom. The shower could do with a bit more pressure in my opinion. We were not helped with bringing the luggages upstairs. There’s two stray dogs outside on the way to the hotel and they are aggressive so please be careful.

This property looked cool in the pictures, but which one does not - the decor is what had me book this, and we loved the property, the staff and our stay. Would love to stay again!

The room is really small, but that's ok - the problem is that we are heavy travelers with a lot of bags, this made our room smaller, and then the washroom does not have a door, and their drains - drain slowly, so room gets a bit of water. The sink in the room was a bit of a downside, but very good utilization of space Their pricing on booking.com shows that you should buy it without breakfast and then order the breakfast at checkin - the breakfast is something i would not recommend. Their cafe is open in the morning and you can do an ala-carte, the portion for 150 baht per person is too small

the decor was beautiful, very clean cute boutique hotel. friendly helpful staff who went the extra mile to personalise our stay

the location was difficult to find on Google maps, many taxi drivers got lost finding the place. the water pressure was very low one morning with no hot water but it resolved the next day

The staff were very helpful. The room felt relatively clean.

The showers and sink not being cleaned, resulted in water poiling when you shower.. Not getting handwash/soap to wash hands after using the toilet.

The staff were exceptional. My room was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings were basic but was very pleasant. My bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was a nice touch after a hot and humid day exploring Phuket.

The property is a distance from Old Phuket Town but it’s in a quiet neighbourhood. As well, I rented a scooter so I was able to take advantage of discovering the vicinity.

Absolutely exceptional hotel for a very good price. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in across South East Asia. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, with a professional and helpful attitude. Beautifully cleaned and well designed building, with a great cafe and pool downstairs. The outdoor patio is also a great place to chill out or eat/drink. The rooms are spotless with the most comfortable beds in Thailand. It is clear that the staff here take pride in their work and they deserve to be respected and treated with patience as this is not an easy job. Very good value and would recommend to anyone arriving into Phuket by bus as this is close enough to the station that we were able to walk. We will definitely be returning before we leave Phuket.

I love that it was a small boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly. I was able to just relax and have them deal with everything for me. The room was top notch and the cafe and pool were very nice Instagrammable, chill spots!
