I had an amazing stay at HOMA Phuket Town! The modern, spacious rooms were spotless, the rooftop infinity pool had stunning sunset views. The staff were warm and helpful, and the co-working space, and gym made it perfect for both relaxation and productivity. And I loved the fact that they were many activities available. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I loved everything about my stay! If I had to pick something, I would have loved if breakfast was included, but the on-site restaurant made it easy to grab a great meal in the morning.

Location was good and comfortable for sightseeing. The most favourite thing about this hotel is staff. They are really well-trained and super friendly to all guests.

There was an incident with restaurant located on the rooftop of the hotel. They deleted my order in the app that all guests should use during whole staying in Homa. And after contacting support team the only thing I got is a rude response from the restaurant that they could nothing do with my order and just deleted it. I think it's not professional.

Clean, modern with good facilities on site. Friendly and helpful stuff. Nice gym with both fitness and yoga space. Restaurant on the top floor that serves decent Italian, affordable breakfast and you can get certain dishes as the room service. The pool is nice but it is not as spectacular as it looks on the photos. Limited sunbed space. The rooms are spacious enough, everything is always kept clean.

It’s more of a co working apartment complex than an actual hotel. While it’s probably a great place for remote workers to find a home away from home, I would not choose it as my holiday destination. The main issue is the crowd- full of Russian guests who do not necessarily understand common social behaviours. Over 10 days in the facility I was only able to get a sunbed ONCE. The Russian families /couples would come to the pool early morning and put their towels sometimes for the entire day without using it. Just for the sake of it. Despite two aircon units in the room it is sadly very hot. I think it comes down to some sort of building isolation as the corridors in between the rooms are absolutely boiling. The area is okay but a bit far out.

Everything was amazing !! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, properties location was great. Amazing market down the road. The pool area was absolutely amazing, great view of the sun setting and a really nice hang out area. The hotels restaurant was also very good, a range of food options to suit any craving or need.

Very modern and clean accommodation with great facilities including a gym, rooftop pool, gaming room and 24 hour front desk service. The rooms are very spacious and we got an upgrade upon arrival which was lovely. The restaurant has great food! The highlight is the rooftop bar which has a stunning view of Phuket.

The beds weren't super comfy but not a deal breaker

A great accommodation only a 10 minute taxi ride from the old town. It is clear and modern, with fantastic facilities including a huge rooftop pool, gym, restaurant (with nice food at competitive prices) and co-working area, as well as various impressive vending machines. Whilst it isn't too close to any beaches, the various amenities mean you can often not leave all day. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and there is an app for you to keep abreast of Homa's updates (e.g. if there is any maintenance work, events being held on-site) as well as ask any queries. It really feels like a modern approach to the old-fashioned resort accommodation. It's very affordable too - an overall great option for those wanting to stay in Phuket.

For such a modern premises, it could maybe benefit from some additional soundproofing. One a few evenings, one noisy neighbour woke us at 5am having prolonged phone calls. To Homa's credit, when we raised this issue they replied immediately (through the app) and the issue didn't persist. Whilst they cannot be responsible for other tenants' behaviour, this example plus a few others of hearing people in the hallways etc made me think it could have been soundproofed a little better.

Clever to have refillable glass bottles in the room with filtered water dispenser on every floor. Loved that I always had clean cold water at hand. Staff was always helpful. Gym was quiet and well-fitted for strength training with 7-11 vending machine to downstairs to grab a protein shake after. Pool was a great place to relax. Screened the Formula One race, which we loved! Room was always cleaned well. Co-working space was perfect for our needs working remotely. Free parking for a scooter, which makes it easy to get into Phuket Town and explore markets and shops.

Sound proofing could be better in rooms, but I don't know how you fix that after a building is already built. Maybe consider felt pads for chairs and table feet, as we had upstairs neighbours who felt that 3am every night was the ideal time to rearrange their furniture.

The room is clean and tidy. Altought the location is not convinence, but is fine for people who drive there.

There is no phone in the room. Only can use the app for room services, but it takes time (around 30mins) for the staff to provide service.

The property was clean and well managed ! The rooms were incredible and it was value for money . It’s just a little far away from Pathong and the beaches if you’re interested in in going to the beach . It’s close to an all you can eat BBQ and it was clean and soooooo cheap

Really great place, staff are so helpful and friendly. Amazing facilities. Area is really nice. You can not see another tourist once you leave the hotel. Bike hire on the same road so it is super easy to get around.
