The resort is well maintained and is very peaceful. Good AC in the room. The breakfast was great! They mixed it up a little so it wasn't too repetitive. The staff were super lovely, very helpful and kind. They also provide two water bottles everyday. The Chillva Market was a 15min walk and was really an amazing market. I ate there for two of my three nights. Easy to scoot over if you have a scooter, but not a bad walk. Honestly, one of the best markets, for locals and tourists, I have seen in Thailand.

It's not near the main center, but looking at a map will tell you that. It's on a highway but you can't hear anything from inside the facility.

We really enjoyed our stay at A2 pool resort, the staff were friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. We had a room that lead directly out to the pool which was absolutely amazing! I loved being able to just sit and dip my feet in or hop in at any time. The rooms were clean and well styled. The pool area looks lovely and is of good temperature - also love the kayaks! We only ate in the restaurant one evening but the food was lovely! The hotel is a short taxi ride to old town and other areas which sr cheap and easy to book through the bolt app.

It does require a few bits of maintenance such as the shower seals and chips in the bath, but these aren’t anything major. The only downside is the internet connection - it cuts out every couple of minutes which was tricky when trying to connect with family or plan our days ahead. Other than the WiFi we would recommend a stay at A2.

The breakfast was nice. All staff were very friendly and some of the nicest people I’ve came across whilst travelling. The hotel is clean and and the room was really nice, as was the shower area.

There was a planned electricity outage from 1000-1600 which we wasn’t told about before booking and only got told the day before it happened which wasn’t ideal. The TVs are not modern in terms of being able to connect to the internet, the TV signal is really weak.

Everything was perfect, they even upgraded my room for free and they gave me one with the access to the pool from my balcony. I rented a motorbike from the resort, and I broke the key in the lock miles away from the resort. They gave me another motorbike and helped me as much as possible. The stuff is really kind and the place is fabulous. The food was good and the room really clean and comfortable. The place is really quiet and with a great privacy. I’ll definitely return.

Everything was really good

Stairway room was great. Big, comfortable, modern and especially with the terrace and the direct access (stairway) to the pool. Personal very friendly. 20 minutes walk to the Chillva night market, 30 to the central Festival Mall. There is also a free shuttle bus to the city centre and the Mall, but now in low season (August) only once a day, maybe in winter more often.

Breakfast poor, especially for vegetarians. Location is very close to a big street

Bang at the Reception was the best,he made my stay beautiful.I would definitely recommend the place because of him.I felt welcomed by him first day I came in.He helped me with my bags,and made feel at home .

The person that was cleaning the rooms did no justice in my room. My bed linen was not changed for 3 nights ,I had to take it out this morning by myself so that they could see that my linen needed to be changed.

- Hotel staff was amazing and helpful. - They have kept our bags after checkout and even allowed us to use staff washroom to take shower at the time of leaving hotel. - Ambience was good and upgraded our room to pool view room without any additional cost. - Value for money. - Rooms are spacious and with balcony.

Location was bit far from the downtown but it's fine if you rent a motorbike.

Breakfast was great. Simple crossoint, cereal, eggs, salad, coffee plus soup and rice options. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The local market was great, on every night 20 minutes walk away. Taxi to town was 160 bhat with grab very reasonable. Also near the water park which we really enjoyed on boxing day.

Many of the apartments face on to the pool. So not great if keen to swim lengths. Overall good price and comfortable.

Our room was very spacious and was very beautiful had everything in it, from a rainfall shower to a big bath, clean sheets and towels everyday to a pool access from walking out into our balcony. We ate breakfasts and dinner in the restaurant both lovely. The staff are super helpful and really friendly. (There is even a hotel cat that greets lodgers) Overall 10/10, will definitely be coming back.

Nicely presented, looked like a lovely pool area. Air conditioning worked well thank goodness.

The bed was a bit too hard for me, but that’s always a tricky one to get right! The restaurant staff had trouble understanding our English, as we eat a plant-based diet and it was hard to convey this to them. If staying there a bit longer I’m sure we could have worked it out👍🏽
