The room is very spacious and it has a well equipped kitchen. The huge window with the enormous city view is great. The bed is comfortable and there are different types of pillows to suit your needs. The swimming pool is large and has a good view too.

The design of the hotel is good, but most of the facilities are not user friendly and the workmanship and the maintenance is not good. For example, the bathroom has no ventilation, the auto-washing toilet seat board is too small, the drainage of the bathtub is broad, the stairs to the upstairs loss, the lighting system is too high-tech to use it properly. The main problem is that the lift is not direct to your floor, so you have to bring our luggage walking up and down the stairs to the rooms. Actually this is a very nice designed hotel located in a quiet and a great view area. If they have a good management and maintenance team, I think they can do great.

The location of the hotel is a little out of the way, but the hotel provided free shuttle bus to 3 major attractions nearby on a regular basis. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, the room was amazing with great view and the breakfast had great options that meet more than our expectations. The staff were very helpful with organizing taxis, tours etc. Note, some floors still have steps to get to you room so if you have luggage you will have to carry them up and down on arrival/checkout.

If there’s one aspect that is potentially negative is the lack of lift access to the rooms. There’s a main lift that takes you from the reception area directly to fifth floor, where the restaurant and access to the swimming pool and rooms is. However, the rooms are generally on the 3rd and 4th floor, with no lift access. That means on arrival and departure you’d have to carry your luggage up and down those stairs. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but it just takes away the perfect 10 score. Also bear in mind the access road to the hotel is very steep and use of taxi to the front lobby is essential.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The room was well thought, spacious with all the amenities needed. We loved the breakfast option and setting. Additionally, the free parking was a nice addition considering the location and the big hill, we didn't try walking in or out, so the use of car was easier. It may be a bit further from the old city but the great view and swimming pool makes up for it.

Even though our room and the breakfast area was fine, the general building could use a bit of a refresh and some cleaning. Considering we didn't visit during the busy touristic period we didn't mind at all. But we are sure that with some maintenance work it would look perfect.

Breakfast was great! -- It had a full & complete buffet; and not only did they allow me to take it to dine in my room alone with my wife, but the whole thing was pretty much all for just one low price! )) The bathroom was lovely and very clean, with a nice large shower stall that was not cramped in anyway for space to wash and then dry off! ))

The one thing we did not like, was the fact that regular tv programming, news, or movie channels were not available for watching at all! --- And this was in spite of the fact that both TVs were large, smart, flat TVs. -- They were set and programmed to only promote & advertise the Hotels' special services & offerings! ((

The staff were kind and friendly. They were very helpful. Special shout out to Best the tour guide, he worked really hard to make us feel welcome. They truly are very wonderful.

My room was located close to a tank outside so there was a noise that I couldn't do anything anything about.

I liked the architecture, layout and feel of the hotel. The setting amongst forest and hilltop views are nice. The breakfast choices were excellent, lots of healthy options, tasty, plus there were daily changes too. The coffee was great with options for latte, flat white, americano etc. The restaurant served excellent food. I ate there Two evenings. The free shuttle into town was useful with both central market and chillva night market being worthy of your time. I used the gym which was decent and did yoga which was good. The staff were all friendly.

My only real issue was the noise from the nearby busy main road. The motorbikes are loud and at night I could really hear them in my room (which faced the pool, direction of road). Could even hear the loudest through my ear plugs. There are rooms at the rear of the property facing hillside which no doubt would be quiet. The only other issue would be the location which is away from shops and restaurants and you cant really walk anywhere. Of course you can use the free shuttle or as I did, hire a scooter.

Friendly staff, especially the shuttle driver to old town Phuket. Very quiet to sleep at night, in a mountain with fresh air morning and night. Price is good! It’s also safe for solo travelers, I arrived at 10:40pm at the airport and they arranged an airport pickup for me alone. I got to the hotel around 11:30pm safe and sound!

The bathroom smelled a bit like sewage especially when the exhaust fan was on. And the faucet is not large enough for the sink so it's hard to wash your hands if you have large hands without banging into the basin

I liked the view and the nice coworking space available here.

The staff weren't that helpful and they didn't help to carry our luggage to the room. As there were no lifts, we thought room service would help but didn't help at all.
