The hotel is very pretty.

Location could have been better, environment-wise. One of the staff was rude to my husband, I guess, it's because he doesn't speak English that well. There should have been more variety fir breakfast, we stayed for 3 nights and they had only 2 sets of breakfasts to choose from, quite repetitive. Plus, coffee is not part of breakfast, we have to pay for our coffee.

Hotel is new and clean, great design and great value for money. Staff was nice and helpful.

The shower water pressure is a little too low. The location is no at the town but acceptable short drive to the town. There is no lift and unfortunately my parents have to climb up the stairs for 2 levels. At least the staff helped to carry the luggage’s up and down the stairs during check in and out.

In a great local location, this beautiful Japanese hotel as everything we needed. that it was clean, the food was great, the facilities are really well built and comfortable, beautiful view to the lake, kind and helpful hosts. We had a really great time and we highly recommend it.

Very clean and so beautiful. The ladies there were so nice and friendly. I would definitely come back and stay there.

All the staff are very junior , they don’t even know how to check in the guest. They are nice lovely but the need more training, breakfast start at 8:00am. it’s not good for people who need to leave early. Water in the shower room very slow.

It is nice design that represent Japanese culture, They pay good effort for the details to ensure keeping the theme same

There are four issues with this hotel first it has no elevator second the breakfast is only 2 meals and you have to pick every day the same third the Insulaition among grooms are terrible. I can easily hear tips and bags movement in another room fourth they give you only one card so they force you to turn off all electricity at your daily leave which makes the room hot once you come back.

Nice design

Very very noisy,when neighbors closing the doors and very thin walls,some emergency light can’t turn off,was disturbing when sleeping,bathroom windows are clear no privacy so people from houses oposit can see clearly inside when taking shower,restaurant closed very early so no food available after 8pm.

Design, clean

Too loud. Rooms facing the road and you hear each car and moto passing by. Staff is absolutely no help, especially as they almost don’t speak English, which is quite unacceptable for the hotel
