The staff is amazing, sweet and friendly always made sure we were well taken care of. It felt like home. It’s easy accessible to little food shops, super markets and to grab transportation. My friends and I fell in love with our little host, the sweetest little girl who’s always sharing her love with hugs. There’s nothing to dislike about this property, it was a real nice stay if definitely rebook this place.

A quaint little hotel conveniently located near a 7-Eleven and plenty of local eateries, yet tucked away in a quiet pocket. The rooms were clean and spacious and exceeded our expectations for the price. They also have great Wi-Fi and newly installed ACs. After checking out and staying at a couple of other hotels in Phuket, we realised how homely we felt at Baan PhuAnda.

The shower cubicle could be a bit more cleaner

The room was fantastic, comfy bed and hot shower. I was greeted by a glamorous lady who spoke perfect English and was warm and welcoming. A lovely little girl grabbed my by the hand and led me upstairs to my room, her mum in tow. The hotel manager works so hard, she runs the front desk and she cleans the rooms and takes care of her daughter simultaneously, she does it all without breaking a sweat. Superwoman dwells here, you won’t regret your stay one bit. Thank you so much!

Lack of seating area and ashtray on the balcony for smokers, I didn’t want to bother management as it was a short stay but I’m sure if I had asked I could have changed this. The room is very dimly lit at night but it’s supposed to be some kind of mood lighting for ambience.

The hotel has got a very rustic feel to it. Its extremely clean and the bed is pretty comfortable. The staff speak broken english and are very helpful. There’s a cute little daughter of one of the staff who’s absolutely adorable. 15 mins walking distance from Chillva night market!

Keeping the rustic vibe in mind..The room was extremely dimly lit. Just 3 table lamps around.. thats it. Its not an issue during the day as you can let the sunlight in.

I stayed here while I was recovering from surgery at Bangkok Hospital Phuket. The hotel is a three minute walk from the hospital. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was a great value. I'm a vegetarian and the Dok Bua restaurant is less than a five minute walk. This is one of the best vegetarian restaurants I've ever eaten at. There are also two vegan restaurants about a ten minute walk away. The Chilliva Night Market is about a 15 minute walk. The market is a lot of fun. There's a 'fried ice cream' store next to the hotel that's very popular with locals.

It is at least a 20 min walk to 'downtown' Phuket Town. I like walking so it was no problem for me, but if you want to be 'in' downtown you might want to look closer to downtown.

On a quiet side street but close to a major thoroughfare. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and peaceful.

Bathrooms need better light for shaving or applying makeup.

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and reflects the Sino Portuguese style of the early trading days of good old Siam. Even though, this hotel lacks the comforts of an elevator and/or pool, it is a very unique and cozy place to stay for a weekend or longer to explore Phuket Old Town and the surrounding attractions, like waterparks, big buddha and good live music and pubs at night.

The room was very clean and a pleasantly decorated room. The place itself felt very secure that all the doors required a key card to get in out of hours. Had everything just incase you lost something except for soap to wash hands but we had that on hand. The food from the breakfast menu was really cheap compared to other hotels. It was great and the receptionist was so friendly and caring even helped with our luggage into the taxi. Its a hotel I would want to go back to in the future if I was stay in phuket Town.

The only down fall was that the water that came out of the sink tap took a while to become "clean" but even then the water was still cloudy with whatever was in the water so we had to use water bottles to use on our face and to brush our teeth.

The purpose of our visit was to see someone at a nearby hospital. The hotel was very conveniently located. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly. We only had one night in town, but would have enjoyed staying here longer.

A restaurant would be nice, but it's not a big issue since there are many within easy walking distance. Parking is available, but limited.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room size was big, matched the photos and clean. The location was perfect - close to old Town and night markets.
