Great staff, reception team couldn't do enough for us. Room was the size of a small village, with a separate sitting area. Great as well to learn that there was a complimentary breakfast, cereals and toast. Good wifi for video calling/TEAMS meetings.

The balcony with a sink wasn't clean at all, very different situation compared to the room, which was spotless. The hotel is a 20-minute walk into the old town, so not too far, but in the hot seasons it feels like a long way!

The staff were excellent, especially at reception. The room was nice and big with a large closet, lots of drawers for all our clothes. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were lots of plug-ins for our electronics. It had a large fridge and freezer and beautiful deck with Mountain View and Big Buddha in the distance. Complimentary breakfast was very simple, but good. The pool was small but clean and great location with afternoon shade and bean bag chairs. The room has a divider wall between couch and bedroom that the TV is mounted on. It swivels so you can watch TV from the couch or from the bed. Hotel is close to restaurants, Old Town, bars, shopping, Sunday walking Street at 5pm, etc. This was the nicest hotel we have stayed in on this trip to Thailand. We have been traveling to different cities here for the last two months. We are traveling to two other destinations in Thailand now but booked Cool Destination again before we head to Vietnam. We highly recommend Cool Destination. The only downside was the couch. It was not very comfortable as the back is really low and the seats are very long depth wise. We both got back ache's after a short period of time. Looking forward to going back to great staff, beautiful room and pool in a few more days.

A more comfortable couch or even 2 comfortable chairs. Everything else was excellent.

Quite large and comfortable rooms, good service from the lobby attendant, and close to restaurants, a laundromat, and a 7-Eleven, all within walking distance. Ideal if you want to stay in Oldtown. And although we didn't pay for breakfast, they very kindly gave us a free complementary basic breakfast.

The pool they offer isn't like the photos; it's very small. Everything else is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Spacious well ventilated room. The location was perfect with laundromats and 7-eleven only a 5 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and also guided on places to visit. Helped arrange a motorbike and taxi to the airport. Accommodated keeping our luggage after checkout as well.

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and informative on arrival and during our stay. The shower was one of the best we’ve used since travelling, hot and powerful. Located slightly away from the old town, but we were aware of this when booking. Complimentary breakfast is provided each morning which was a nice surprise.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Fridge in the room is also a plus. Good WiFi. Nice bathrom, but with two separate shower heads (one for "cold" water, and another with hot).

Very small pool. The air conditioning is quite loud and has very bright LED status lights. And since it is located right next to bed it makes it hard to sleep

Good facilities. New welcome addition is complimentary light breakfast. Very convenient for guests as there are no convenient places nearby for a good breakfast.

Microwave heating is available only on the 2nd floor. It would be convenient if each floor had one. Improvement in hot water shoer would be welcome.

Our stay at Cool Residence was absolutely phenomenal! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, the rooms were cleaned & comfortable , and the location was perfect for exploring the Old Town Phuket. We even provided with free breakfast We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Old Town Phuket.

Really large room with a balcony and view of the city and the sunset. Everything was so clean and neat. Staff was increadibly friendly and helpful, and they also let us borrow some umbrellas from the hotel when it rained. The location was also very good with supermarkets, laundry and pharmacy nearby and only a short walk to restaurants and bars in old town. We definitely recommend it!!

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Complimentary light breakfast is an excellent facility as there are no nearby places for good breakfast. WIFI facility is good.

I would like to see better hot water shower.
