Helpful staff, easy access to the elevator. No noisy guests. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Old town is about 10 minutes walking distance.

Internet connection was okay, but could be improved. Sometimes the devices lost the connection. The air conditioner was quite loud. I used earplugs to solve that during the night. There is a soap dispenser hanging next to the shower, but no despenser next to the general tap to wash your hands, but you can buy a soap block at the 711 downstairs.

Hotel location was good, it was about 15 minute walk from Central phuket (shopping) and 10/15 minutes into the old town. Every taxi driver i used knew the hotels name so we had no confusion telling them where we wanted dropping off. Near by are facilities such as washers/dryers and multiples shops. The tv was modern allowing me to cast my phone onto the TV. It included smart apps like Netflix and YouTube for those down time moments. The staff always said hello which was nice. Great view from our hotel balcony as well.

Not enough restaurants near the location. Had to walk into the old town most of the time in order to get restaurant food. Balcony light didn't work however didn't really affect us as the lights from the room came out so we could use it.

The hotel is very nice and confortable. The shows like dolphins show, bird show and Aquaria are close to the hotel around half hour. The hotel help you with app. for a taxi.

The hotel not included breakfast and also there are no restaurant around only a coffee shop and 7 eleven. The location of the hotel is not the best, the area is more industrial.

The money-value for Sino Inn Hotel is really great and we loved the size and modern flair of our Superior room with balcony. The beds were very comfortable (even though the pillows were weirdly high somehow) and the rooms were equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated the cleaning service every day and the very friendly woman at the reception!

The location: on the one hand it is pretty convenient because all essentials are right next to the hotel (food places, 7 eleven…) BUT it’s not very soundproof so due to its location right on a big street the traffic (racing motorbikes, ambulances…) is very loud even with the windows closed which makes it difficult to sleep.

Friendly staff. Room is clean and tidy, complimentary coke/fanta daily. Location is good enough.

The only problem is sound insulation, not the best so you can hear music from outside, otherwise it would be a 10/10.

Nice big room with a balcony that had a beautiful view(watched the sunrise). The bed is ASWESOME with four big fluffy pillows. There is a build-in table in the wall, with two chairs and a tray with plates, bowls utencils etc. Theres a tv, fridge, free waterbottles, free cokes, a boiler. The reception was really nice, kind people. And it's right next to a massage place, where they give really intense massage. Got rid of most of my knots in the back, its worth a go.

A convenient hotel on the main road, I suggest take the rooms with the beautiful back view. Clean, big, comfortable. Great location by short 10–15 minute walk to the Old Town, safe for solo travelers.

I would suggest a bit deeper cleaning in the bathroom and overall. The guests next door were loud, maybe to be reminded of the night regime more.

Helpful staff. Minibar sodas were free. in reusable glass, rather than plastic. Pretty good location, not far from the old town.

The rooms on the side near the road got a lot of loud road noise at night.

The AC was extremely dirty, also under the bed noone never were clean. I lost some things i was look under, it was disaster🤣
