Very clean, peaceful hotel. The staff are unfailingly polite and honestly want you to have a good time. The sheets and towels were changed every day. The location is 5 mins walk away from downtown old Phuket with lots of places for breakfast. You can have coffee in the lobby and there is a hot water dispenser. Fantastic value for money with free wi-fi as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location. Mostly quiet- on-site renovation work did not affect us. Friendly fro t desk.

Pillows were unusable due to being the thickness of about 3 normal pillows. We stuffed clothes into pillow cases to use as pillows. Otherwise we liked the very firm beds with nice sheets/comforters.

A lovely hotel about a 5 minute walk to the old town where there are many shops & restaurants. Our room was big, clean & comfortable, a big comfortable bed. The staff were friendly. Would stay here again.

I really liked the location it was close to the center...it had 24 hour service...it meets your expectations...and the staff very helpful...the lady who cleaned our room was fantastic she left everything spotless... worth a visit...

everything was perfect

The hotel is very close to the old town of Phuket, but still far enough so that you can rest well and hear no noise. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice and helpful. 10 minutes walk to the market where the public buses go to the beaches. Around 25 minutes walk to the bus terminal 1. We would recommend this hotel.

The location was great in Old Town and the hotel was clean and comfortable! The wifi worked very well and the staff was helpful when our ac wasn't working.

The staff seemed quite unfriendly when we wanted to book a tour to phiphi and also spoke almost no English (despite being advertised). The room had only one plug point that was far away from the beds.
