I was only supposed to spend one night here as I was booked into the Memory at On On for the following 4 nights, however the night after I arrived in Phuket, there were floods in the old town. Chino Town were very kind as they initially gave me a late check out when the water levels were still rising and then allowed me to stay another night when it became obvious the flood was staying till the evening. In the end, my original hotel was flooded and could not house me so Chino town came to my rescue and I could stay for my entire Phuket trip there. The Staff were lovely, the place clean. daily deliveries of water and room servicing if you need it. The hotel is next door to a cafe and another door away from a burger place (useful when the floods were high) - it’s super quiet with good aircon and decent WiFi.

Not a dislike but something to note: The hotel has no reception - instead the front of the hotel is a Japanese ice cream shop. The information about what to do it not sent to you but the staff in the shop will usually help you get hold of the hotel owner and she will be there in a few minutes to check you in.

As everyone mentioned in their reviews also, the location is the best part for this property. You have everything you could need in the area. The 2 women at the reception that work morning and afternoon shifts (till 23h open) are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond and I am very grateful to them. Great place for a few days stay.

The window that you can see on the images in the room is actually opening in the hallway where you come in to your room, so you can’t really use it. Air conditioning has to be on constantly, but you have to leave it on a minimum, since it blows towards the bed.

Receptionists at the help desk was very helpful. We arrived around 10 pm and did not have the change to pay the grab driver. She managed to arrange everything. In the morning she arranged a taxi driver 300 bhat per hour basis. We went for whole day trip and was very fruitful. The taxi guy was helpful as well. Second day we also went to different places with the same taxi guy. Hotel is near the market so very easy to commute. On the whole it was a pleasant trip

Good for One Night, but Noisy I stayed here for just one night, and for that purpose, it was totally fine. The rooms are small but functional, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, it's important to note that there is a party venue above the property, so the upper rooms can be quite noisy at night. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. Overall, for a short stay, it worked well, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer visit due to the noise.

Great location, decent sized rooms, affordable prices and easy access to transport, a short walk to the night markets, and eateries. We had the pleasure of staying at Chino town for 6 nights and was upgraded to a larger room at Chino town gallery alley. The staff went above and beyond and exceeded our exceptions. Thank you to all the staff you were all incredible and made our stay very homely. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was in two parts with a queen bed in one part and a single bed in the other to accommodate 3 people in all. It was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent - right across the Sunday night market. Definitely worth experiencing.

There was no place to keep your used clothes as there was no wardrobe. A flexible arrangement to hang your used clothes can be a good option. The aircon also took a longtime to cool the room though once cooled it was able to maintain the low temperature.

1.The location is so center Phuket old town. Very easy for sightseeing. 2.Staff is very helpful and friendly. She contacts a tour company for 1 day trip and the car to bring me to Phuket airport.

1. No small refrigerator in the room like what I expected. However, There is another big refrigerator at common area. 2.The not-well air flow in the room.

A fab little hotel right in the heart of Phuket old town, walking distance of all the nice shops and bars. The room was very clean, 2 comfy beds, 2 sinks, shower room, private toilet, towels, window. This is a perfect main hotel for travellers seeking to island hop, to use as a base, to explore Phuket old town and surrounds. Great communication by WhatsApp. Fantastic price. Nothing negative to say about this property at all. Recommend (nice bar next door too for cocktails and food).

Location in the heart of old Phuket town, walking distance to shops, attractions, eateries. Literally just walk out. Room was relatively clean. Water heater and air cond and Wifi works fine.

Sometimes, neighbour's washroom sound of water can be heard. But very minimal.

Best location for me and my family. Close to everything, food court, walking market during night and day , heap of things that you can imagine. I recommend to stay there for a short period of holiday,,, very helpful staff as well .
