It is a house-museum with a very friendly welcoming hosts. Very interesting place to see and to stay. My room was super clean, very comfortable, free water, tea, coffee and cookies. AC worked fine, calm evenings in spite of lively old town outside. Strong WiFi, safe streets to walk. I‘m glad I made this choice ☺️

It‘s not for beach leisure because it takes about 40 min to Kata beach, lots of traffic jam in the afternoon.

Amazing all the way through 😍😍 I was there with my child 5 y. old. The hotel is placed in fine, renovated old building with gardens and beautifully furnitured lounges, there is actually a museum as well. The decorations are amazing, and truly reflects the historical spirit of Phuket. It has been a fairy tale. All the place is very clean, the stuff very friendly and helpful. We felt most welcomed, we felt good. Thank you🙏♥️

Location is brilliant. You’re on a block where everything is happening, food, bars , live music , massages. Staff were superb - we had issues with our boat trip (we didn’t get our tickets sent) NJ went out his way to phone the company and to sort our tickets out without asking him. I only asked to use his phone and he overheard my predicament. Wonderful guy. For couples or solo travellers it’s perfect. I have never done a review but for the experience we had and for the cost I would highly recommend. As I know it can be tricky when looking for places. You can get a 10 minute taxi to the pier also.

I had a truly pleasant stay at WOO Gallery & Boutique in Phuket with my mom. The staff provided us with a comfortable and memorable experience. Our room was impeccably clean, and everything was neatly arranged. The space was beautifully accented with Peranakan design elements, which added a unique and delightful charm. The atmosphere throughout the long stretch of the shophouse was peaceful and inviting. One of the highlights was the hidden museum at the rear of the property, which leads to another exit. Although the lights weren’t on during our visit, the space held a quiet, almost nostalgic energy, with antique furniture that seemed to carry stories from the past. For those who are easily spooked, I recommend walking through with a respectful heart and an open mind. What made our stay even more special was the wonderful staff. They were polite, attentive, and represented the warmth and kindness of Thailand to us as foreigners. We truly felt their presence was pleasant and helpful — always diligent in their work and sincere in their care. It left a lasting impression on both of us. A special mention goes to the breakfast they served us over our two-day stay — it was absolutely heartwarming, thoughtfully presented, and delicious. My mom especially enjoyed it and was truly relaxed throughout the entire experience. Thank you to the WOO team for your kind hospitality. We had a wonderful time and would love to return again.

One small point to consider for future guests: we arrived on a Sunday, and there happened to be a night market held right along the street where this lovely hotel is located. The road was already closed off by around 2pm, so we had to walk a short distance to reach the entrance. Thankfully, we only had small luggage, but it might be a bit of a hassle if you're carrying larger bags. Additionally, our room was facing the night market, so it did get a little noisy in the evening due to the crowd. That said, we still appreciated the lively atmosphere and enjoyed the festive buzz of the holiday crowd.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay close to everything in Old Town Phuket. The Sunday night market is literally on the doorstep , all restaurants , shops and bars are right outside the door. This hotel has been absolutely beautiful to stay in and we were lucky to have found such a gem . A former watch shop that has been passed down from generation to generation until it needed a full restoration . Now a hotel and mini museum, holding many items that belonged to the original family. It's like stepping back in time 🥰

Location - very convenient, right in the centre of Old Town, but not the noisy area. we stayed over the weekend when weekend market took place, the allocated rooms were away from the street, therefore very minimum noised heard. Breakfast - Must have. Only proper, well balanced breakfast you can get, must be very thoughtful person who have planned for the menu. Staffs and operator - speak English, friendly but allows guests to have privacy. Thoughtful Operator. Cleanliness - very good, made me feel at home. Safety - Very safe environment, guests who stayed here also very well mannered. Comfort - everything was good except the wooden bed squeaky sound when turn and move in bed. * the complimentary cookies are sooooo good

Great location for old town and Good restaurants around the corner. Although an old historic property the rooms are super clean and has no smell of damp that is otherwise common. The bathrooms are modernised and very clean with all the amenities needed. Beds very comfortable.

This boutique hotel was a dream! I was only here for one night and when I walked in I contemplated cancelling my itinerary to just chill. Very clean, incredibly hospitable staff, the rooms are gorgeous and it’s right in the centre of old town so you can walk anywhere and come back to the cutest oasis. Loved it! Bookmarking this place for next time.

Breakfast starts at 7, if you have an early flight you’ll just need to grab something at the airport. Would suggest a breakfast plate request for guests departing early.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is a family run hotel and gallery that documents the history of a family that migrated to Phuket and integrated into the local community. The artefacts are testimonies to people past and present. The hotel itself is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and elegant. The Woos are delightful, as are the staff they have chosen. The service is respectful, and you feel that your comfort and enjoyment are their top priority. We rated this hotel very highly. Thank you for making our stay so special.
