Perfect location right in the heart of the Old Town. Everything in the town is in walking distance. Staff were very friendly and laid back, free tea / coffee toast and water available at all times. Stayed in a private room which was big and spacious and had its own bathroom and shower and balcony. Hostel was quiet also there wasn’t any noise at night.

The bed was very very hard and uncomfortable but that seems to be the norm everywhere I’ve stayed.

We stayed at Hugger Hostel in Old Town Phuket for 4 nights and had a great experience. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Old Town, close to shops, cafes, and local attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hostel to others!

The room is clean. The staff are really polite and always helpful. I didn’t have a charger to charge my phone but the receptionist lady provided me with the charger for my 5 day stay) In addition, they provided a bread, coffee, jam etc for FREE. One of the best hostel ever. I really enjoyed staying there👍

Had a great 2 night stay at this hostel. Private double room was huge and very spacious. The shower was amazing with very good water pressure and hot water. Great central location on a very nice street and just under a 10 minute walk to old town. Only downsides is that it felt very quiet at times, we needed a staff member for some help but we couldn’t find anyone to be around. Apart from that, amazing :)

We had a private bedroom. The area is perfect, the sunday night market is close by. The room was clean and nice. I would just suggest to have more light for night time and AC was right above us, felt a bit cold. Adding 2 chairs to the balcony would make it more practical. Great stay

Cheap, Very quiet, Good Location in phuket town, Staffs are really friendly and helpful, Free coffee and bread available, free Shampoo and Bodywash at shower booth, They have Microwave, Hairdryer at the corner side (its hidden), Free Waters, Free motorcycle parking place. If you have a car or motorcycle, I think this place is kinda good option to you cuz its entrance side street has no people! And there's some bars, banks and convenience store nearby. Overall, I enjoyed to stay here because of the people!

A/C has some issues(water floods and maybe air filter thing), Hot water only available at 1 shower booth(Left side), Refrigerator is too small to put your things (its always full!), Tissues are outside of Toilet, chair/bed design has no coatings it looks rough! (to save up more money i guess), Bring your own Fork and Spoon Whoever want to go spend lots of time at the beach, You can go to bus stop for about 5~10mins to go to several beaches but you will have to come back until 4pm because 5 pm is the last bus and it will be full already since 4pm!

Friendly and helpful staff. Free bread, biscuits, bananas and hot beverages are provided. Soap and shampoo are provided. There is a long table for you to sit, eat and chat at. There is a hair dryer in the room. They also provide towels. The place is well-maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. It is near to the Sunday night market and Limelight Avenue is within walking distance.

I can hear the banging of toilet doors in the middle of the night. I can smell cigarette smoke along the corridors even though smoking is prohibited in this hostel. I was bitten by mosquitoes in my room.

Cheap simple place, but clean, efficient, polite, meets your needs ,with the simple things where they should be, and a few unexpected treats, like free fruit in the fridge in the common area. My private bedroom was super spacious, clean, quiet, nice view from the window ... happily stay there again !

The AC in the room makes it quite cold and they give just thin blankets, I stayed at the bottom and I was cold, I guess the top beds get hotter so people who stay there put the AC on stronger

All the areas were clean, the beds were big and comfy and the ledge to put your things on was v helpful. The AC was great. They provided free fruit, coffee and biscuits which was a great bonus.

The bathroom area was really hot, maybe itd be nice to atleast have a fan in there but not a big deal.
