Loved the location because you can walk anywhere to Michelin star restaurants with delicious, food, shopping, and bonus was the Chinese new year celebrations where streets in old Town were shut for traffic and there were stalls, music, dancing on the streets. The staff were great especially at the reception. Very kind and helpful in arranging tours, cabs.

Only problem was the hotel doesn't have an elevator. They have one for the luggage. Stairs are very steep so was a struggle for me to walk to second floor as suffer from plantar fascitis.

We loved this hotel. The very friendly and welcoming girls on reception, nice area to sit. The room was lovely. The triple glazing very good. Netflix whilst sat in a very comfy bed with two huge comfortable pillows was so good on wet rainy mornings. Great shower. Tidy bathroom. A bedroom rug, nice touch. We got snacks and fruit and a knife, a real knife to chop the fruit. Kettle. Decent size mugs. And a minibar. Lots of nice touches like lamps, stand lamp. We didn't try the breakfast as too many nearby cafés. Turkish restaurant opposite is excellent and the music stops dead at midnight.

An observation, not a dislike. The onsite coffee shop would be perfect if it had a couple more food offerings. Especially during rainy season.

A cute hotel located in the heart of all the scene. Steps away from many restaurants, shopping, laundry, massage places. We booked a room which was like a mini apartment. It had two bedrooms, one bath, a living room with TV along with microwave, plates, cups and cutlery. Western Breakfast was ordered each morning from a menu card and it was hosted downstairs in a garden area. There is a small pool on the terrace that we did utilize. WI-FI was fine, we were awarded plenty of access. The staff at this place is incredible, the place is run by all women which I totally love. We had an issue with the hot water and the ladies came right up with the ladder and fixed the issue. Everyone was always smiling and they loved my children . There is a bit of a language barrier but we managed to communicate fine by using Google Translate. They helped arrange tours and airport service for us which made things really easy.

The lighting in the rooms could be improved but other than that everything was great.

The location was fabulous, walking distance from cafes and restaurants as well as the iconic clock tower, multi-coloured houses, and flower street. Staff were lovely and replaced water every day.

The hotel has no lift except for baggage, and breakfast was very basic. Coffee was undrinkable, and orange juice tasted like Tang (ready-made or powdered juice). We were given a room on the top floor looking out onto the main road, opposite a restaurant that played live music until 11pm, so we couldn't sleep until they stopped as it was super loud in the room.

The property is not a new modern hotel, but it makes it up in spades with old charm, airiness and beautifully appointed common areas. It's location in the center of Old Town was very convenient and provided access to attractions and small shops along the surrounding streets. We accidentally stayed during the Chinese New Year festivities and it was a fun experience. The room had proper king size bed and it was very comfortable with quality bedding. Overall well equipped room and a spacious bathroom. Staff was very helpful as well.

One minor problem, the shower wasn't draining properly. It turned out if you crack open the grate on the drain it works just fine.

I think this hotel is delightful. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room spotless with everything you could need. The fruit and cake left for me to enjoy was a lovely touch. The pool is small but perfectly formed and very welcome to cool off in.

This really wasn't a problem for me at all, however the city view rooms is opposite a bar which has a live band 6 days a week from about 8-11.30pm which the double glazing and ear plugs did muffle. I actually went over to the bar to enjoy the music twice. If you want a quiet room don't choose one with a city view.

The location is quite good at the central area of the town. It is convenient to go around to all the tourist places/streets in the town. The room style is a bit old fashioned, but it makes us feel comfortable. The staffs are very nice and helpful, there is always someone there to attend to our needs. They helped us do the laundry even if we did not fill up the laundry service form and not at the correct timing for laundry service. The room service is good. They provide free fruits and cookies.

We chose a room with street view. There is a bar at the opposite side, and it closes at mid-night. Although they built great glass doors and windows to attenuate the noise, it is still a bit noisy at night.

I was so happy with the Casablanca Hotel and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other guests. The room was immaculately clean with a good quality mattress and linen. The bathroom was modern, the shower provided good hot and cold water pressure. The staff are absolutely delightful and so generous with their recommendations for restaurants and cafés nearby. The hotel itself is very well located. I paid to upgrade to a balcony room (well worth the money). Around the corner is 'The Buds Bar' (enter via the 'Eleven Two' café/shop) and a great place to visit, so too is 'Mad Cow Burgers' - highly recommended.

Be aware that the hotel only has a luggage elevator - some rooms are only accessible via stairs.

What a lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location right in the heart of old town. Very quirky and so well presented. Our room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for money. The welcome fruit platter was a nice touch and the daily water was good too. The staff were so helpful, friendly and courteous. We mostly dealt with Monica who was so helpful throughout our stay, giving us lots of information and also information about the Chinese new year celebrations. I would recommend this hotel to anybody planning a trip to old Phuket town.

The Casa Blanca Hotel not only shines with its excellent location in the middle of Oldtown, but also with a friendly and courteous team, bright and nicely decorated rooms and the ripping pool. The decor is a few years old, but everything works perfectly — from the safe to the kettle. The breakfast is more on the continental side, here a little variety might be nice towards Thai meals. But that's high-level whining. We were very satisfied in our four nights and would stay at the Casa Blanca again on a next trip to Phuket.
