The hotel is currently being remodeled. The facility shows it but not in a messy way. You can tell they are making improvements. The room was large enough and very clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The linens were clean. I like the orange theme. The hotel and cafe staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I went to phi phi for 3 days and they let me store my large bags there while I was on a short trip. They allowed me to receive important mail there as well. I appreciate the staff and the work they went through to help.

There was an occasional smell of sewage in the room but it wasn't always there. The way the lighting was connected was strange. That's more with the fact that the building is old and nothing to do with the staff.

Great location in the old town of Phuket. 5 min walk from the nicest streets of Old Phuket and 10 min drive from the Rassada Pier where we took the boat to Krabi (alternatively you take there the boat to Phi Phi). The rooms are small, but bed was super comfortable and we could have a peaceful sleep. This is a good accommodation for a quick stop in Phuket.

The room we got first was smelling very bad. We were not sure if the smell came from the toilet or something else. They had sprayed the room before extensively with room sprays to hide a bit the smell, but it still stank . When we complained about the smell they came in the room with two bottles of room sprays. After we didn’t accept this solution we got a new room which was great and didn’t smell. Another minus point is that the staff was not helpful with tips of what we could do. They go straight ahead in talking you about tours you can buy.

Location was very good, walking distance to Old Phuket town. However it is slightly quieter as there's not much around the area. Closest Tops was 5 minutes away.

I bled on the bedsheets a bit because I had a nasty fall, the wound was bandaged but i think a little bit bled through the bandage. I was told to pay a 300B cleaning fee as the blood can't come off. Not sure if its true or not since I didn't bleed too much. My taxi driver told me to demand for a receipt and pay only with card just incase.

Great location close to the bus station and restaurants/bars - perfect as a base for exploring Phuket Old Town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, the bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in, and the coffee at breakfast was amazing, as were the huge croissants! We loved it so much here that we stayed an extra night and were sorry to leave. Thank you to the lovely people at Horange for looking after us so well during our stay :)

A newly opened hotel in the best location possible. We love that the hotel is super near the Phuket Old Town yet it was not directly located in the center but just outside 3 minutes walking distance. You get to explore the town during the daytime and have a good night's sleep at night. We've tried many hotels in Phuket Town, many are in a good location, but the noise at night is just unbearable. There's a cafe in the hotel lobby that serves both food and drinks. They were nicely decorated and you get to enjoy their coffee in the early morning when the town is not too busy. Overall, we enjoyed our time spent here.

There's a public parking space just next to the hotel, so sometimes it gets busy and lots of cars are coming in and out. But I guess it's good for those who travel by their own car or renting one here. There seems to be parkings always available.

Excellent hostel to stay in, great location for the centre and Old Town with markets and points of interest close by. The room was clean with an efficient aircon and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom design was interesting but clean and modern with nice shower. Would definitely stay again! Sika (I think was her name!) Was fantastic and very helpful yo us, all staff were friendly and helpful

No elevator - but staff very kindly offered and insisted on carrying our bags.

The rooms were small but practical, the bathroom was a wet room which was clean and practical during our stay, the public parking lot outside was huge basically guaranteeing us a parking spot right in the middle of phuket, there are plenty of restaurants around for breakfast lunch and dinner!

When we arrived we had to carry out bags up 3 flights of stairs which the staff did help us with but a lift would have been helpful given we had 2 v large suitcases!

It’s recently opened so everything it’s quite new. The staff was very helpful and accommodative when we requested to change our room for one with bathtub (which is amazingly big). The best of all was the bed, super comfortable. The location is good, you can go by walking almost everywhere in Phuket town, and they have a coffee shop downstairs where you can chill.

The room has no window, so you can’t really notice if is already daylight or dark. However the ventilation is pretty good.

The location is great. In close proximity to Old town and many good restaurants. The cafe downstairs has excellent service and my wife loved the coffee options. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The walls were a little thin, making the outside noise audible and also, there are no lift options for luggage but the staff were helpful enough to carry them for us.

We liked the look of the hotel and the location at the heart of old Phuket town. The rooms are a bit small but the facilities are good. Though the smart door lock was quite annoying.

Inside the hotel, the space is very narrow and the rooms are very tiny as well. There is no lift and not much sitting option other than their cafe.
