I really love the clock tower view! This hotel really shows what a boutique luxury hotel should be, with an amazing attention to detail that goes beyond expectations. The staff is quietly attentive, always there when you need them without ever being in the way. The building is a beautiful architectural gem, and the rooms are spotless—so clean they look brand new. The amenities are super generous, but what really stands out is the attention to the little things. This hotel has truly nailed luxury service and definitely deserves all the kudos. I will definitely come back again

No breakfast served was not aware of this until I arrived No bar facilities to get a coffee or a drink of any sort Only one drawer in the room for clothing, not much wardrobe space I think it would have been a better idea to put bedside cabinets for space rather than a bedside tables It just felt like the hotel wasn’t finished No umbrellas at the pool I am gutted that i couldn’t give a better report I do wish the hotel success for the future once all the little things are rectified it will be a lovely hotel for a pleasant Stay

Breakfast was really good - simple choices from a la carte menu but delicious. Our favourite were the poached eggs with salmon & avocado and pancakes for my daughter! In particular would like to mention Aom who was on duty at breakfast - she was so lovely & attentive. Reception staff also very helpful to guide you in the right direction from locations, recommendations to what is happening around the area. Our daughter was unwell one of the nights (maybe sunstroke?) and thanks to the night team and night housekeeping who helped us clean up the mess in an efficient and caring manner around 2am! They were amazing! On our 2nd day at the hotel we were given a complimentary snack goodies bag for the beach - it was so sweet! We had also planned a day trip on speedboat to visit the islands of Phi Phi etc and it got delayed by a day due to our daughter being unwell. However, as our daughter was better the next day we carried on. The hotel gave us a complimentary goody bag (again!) with snacks and a few medical items to help my daughter (so caring) and allowed us to use their hotel pool towels (on condition we return them to the hotel at the end of the day, of course!). We also got a very thoughtful note from the Manager Tom which we appreciated and a lovely message from housekeeping Pla and Kab on our last day! As much as the hotel aesthetics are amazing and indeed as instagram worthy as the other reviews mentioned, the winning point for Arco hotel is their amazing staff and team! They made us feel welcome without being too much in our face and we could feel the Thai hospitality with a modern twist. Location - we were happy with as it was walking distance into the heart of Old Phuket town with lovely quaint shops, restaurants & trendy cafes and plenty of massage parlours -Decare was a good find!

We had room no. 331, we were on the 3rd floor and our room didnt have the best view from balcony. However, we were not in the room for very long so it was fine. At night we could hear the noise from the street below. Pool area could have been more spacious to accomodate more guests but nonetheless it was still lovely.

The design is very unique. Located in the middle of the phuket town. May local restaurants, bars, shops nearby in walking distance. The hotel is very new and comfy, staff are friendly. Will definitely come back!

It's more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience. Located just steps away from the vibrant Sunday Night Market, it's perfectly situated for exploring the Old Town. The rooms are cosy, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable—we especially fell in love with the pillows! This isn’t our first time here, and definitely won’t be the last. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort with character and a sense of place.

This hotel is truly underrated! It has a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the heart of the old town and popular local restaurants. The hotel concept is both modern and stylish. Helpful staffs. My room was clean and tidy, featuring a comfortable bed, a flat-screen smart TV, a large bathtub, high-quality in-house brand amenities, and complimentary Starbucks coffee capsules, along with four bottles of water! They also serve breakfast options until 1 PM, which I tried after checking out, and I must say, they were delicious! Overall, the experience offers excellent value for money. I will definitely return on my next visit to Phuket, and I plan to use the hotel souvenir on my future trips as well!

We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the suite was truly stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like a private sanctuary. The entire hotel is very new, and every corner exudes a serene, spa-like atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and relax. The amenities were thoughtful and high-quality, contributing to an overall sense of luxury and comfort. Every detail—from the plush robes to the calming scents in the room—was carefully curated to enhance the guest experience. The welcome drink was also thoughtfully provided. One particularly memorable touch was the customised luggage tag we received at the end of our stay—a sweet and personal gesture that left a lasting impression. The hotel’s location is also worth highlighting. Situated on the edge of Phuket Old Town, it offered the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. We enjoyed exploring the vibrant local culture, cafes, and charming streets, all just a short walk away. Overall, this stay was an unforgettable experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-connected retreat in Phuket. Only negative thing was that when we arrived, we had to sit in the lobby and the air conditioning was not turned on, and it was really warm sitting there while waiting for the staff to complete check in.

Overall benefit - value for money, location and cleanliness. Highly Recommended. Would have chosen all Excellent but for ages old practice of deposit on Cr Card refundable after 2 weeks.

Deposit separately of THB 2,000- in this era of Digital payments, they need to come out of their outdated mindset keeping deposit and still have to pay in full balance of the bill on checkout, while deposit still remains with them to process and credit my Cr card account in 2 weeks. Extremely weird scenario.

The room, the AC, the bathroom, the beds and the balcony with the view of the city. The hotel itself is wonderful and incredibly clean and beautiful. The pool is so peaceful and the outside seating area is perfect for r&r. The location is great! So close to everything beaches, temples, markets, nightlife, restaurants, just great! The breakfast id delicious and they have a great variety. I really enjoyed their ice latte and passion fruit smoothie. They are close to so many thinga including 16 minutes (via vehicle) fr Hilltop Cafe (must visit when in Phuket!). However, the hotel also gives you a map with recommendations of what to do and where to eat near by. It was very helpful for us, and the restaurants recommend were great! Finally, the staff, just amazing! Kind, knowledge, friendly and ao very helpful. When I come back to Phuket I'm for sure staying here again and recommend for anyone else visiting the town. I came with my best friend for our girls trip but the hotel is welcoming towards everyone looking to relax and be in the middle of everything: families, friends, couples (not a party place so i would not recommend for bachelor/bachelorette ). The hotel also sales their lines of shampoo, conditioner, shower hel and handsome with a few other things and they are worth it. It was such an incredible experience!!! Loved my stay!!
