I really love the clock tower view! This hotel really shows what a boutique luxury hotel should be, with an amazing attention to detail that goes beyond expectations. The staff is quietly attentive, always there when you need them without ever being in the way. The building is a beautiful architectural gem, and the rooms are spotless—so clean they look brand new. The amenities are super generous, but what really stands out is the attention to the little things. This hotel has truly nailed luxury service and definitely deserves all the kudos. I will definitely come back again

No breakfast served was not aware of this until I arrived No bar facilities to get a coffee or a drink of any sort Only one drawer in the room for clothing, not much wardrobe space I think it would have been a better idea to put bedside cabinets for space rather than a bedside tables It just felt like the hotel wasn’t finished No umbrellas at the pool I am gutted that i couldn’t give a better report I do wish the hotel success for the future once all the little things are rectified it will be a lovely hotel for a pleasant Stay

I loved everything about this property, it felt fresh, clean, spacious and very aesthetically pretty. I loved how close-by it was to all the best food spots and also to old town. The mall is not that far from this hotel and it was easy to get quick transportation here. Everything about my stay at Arco was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond, being so friendly and helpful and always smiling. The swimming area was beautiful and relaxing in the evening. The city views from the room were spectacular. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this place to everyone i meet. Moreover, this hotel was so affordable! One more thing i’d like to add, the hotel had 0 bugs/mosquitos which was perfect for my husband who is prone bug bites. Thank you for making my experience in Phuket a memorable one.

Breakfast was really good - simple choices from a la carte menu but delicious. Our favourite were the poached eggs with salmon & avocado and pancakes for my daughter! In particular would like to mention Aom who was on duty at breakfast - she was so lovely & attentive. Reception staff also very helpful to guide you in the right direction from locations, recommendations to what is happening around the area. Our daughter was unwell one of the nights (maybe sunstroke?) and thanks to the night team and night housekeeping who helped us clean up the mess in an efficient and caring manner around 2am! They were amazing! On our 2nd day at the hotel we were given a complimentary snack goodies bag for the beach - it was so sweet! We had also planned a day trip on speedboat to visit the islands of Phi Phi etc and it got delayed by a day due to our daughter being unwell. However, as our daughter was better the next day we carried on. The hotel gave us a complimentary goody bag (again!) with snacks and a few medical items to help my daughter (so caring) and allowed us to use their hotel pool towels (on condition we return them to the hotel at the end of the day, of course!). We also got a very thoughtful note from the Manager Tom which we appreciated and a lovely message from housekeeping Pla and Kab on our last day! As much as the hotel aesthetics are amazing and indeed as instagram worthy as the other reviews mentioned, the winning point for Arco hotel is their amazing staff and team! They made us feel welcome without being too much in our face and we could feel the Thai hospitality with a modern twist. Location - we were happy with as it was walking distance into the heart of Old Phuket town with lovely quaint shops, restaurants & trendy cafes and plenty of massage parlours -Decare was a good find!

We had room no. 331, we were on the 3rd floor and our room didnt have the best view from balcony. However, we were not in the room for very long so it was fine. At night we could hear the noise from the street below. Pool area could have been more spacious to accomodate more guests but nonetheless it was still lovely.

Arco was one of the best hotels my partner and I stayed during our vacation. The aesthetic of the hotel is so photo worthy. Having Kluen attached to the hotel was a major plus. We didn't have to go too far to find good breakfast since the restaurant offered amazing coffee and delicious breakfast. The staff was so hospitable and sweet. They were quick to providing any of our small requests. The best part was the birthday surprise I requested to have a small flower arrangement and a slice of cake in our room. They went above and beyond providing a huge bouquet of flowers, a beautiful plated cake, balloons, and a sign!! I couldn't recommend this place enough.

There's not much to say about the negatives to Arco Phuket. The only downside if this is even one is the lack of parking. Besides that small inconvenience, this place is perfect.

Hotel is in a quiet area and about 10 min walk to Phuket Old Town. Hotel was very clean in all areas, room was a decent size with a balcony! Bed & pillows were very comfy! Breakfast was lovely, you chose what you wanted from the menu, there was also fresh juice, fruit & pastries. Pool was nice, there are only 2 sunbeds by the pools edge as well as a large covered area to sit and the other sun beds are down some steps to a lower level! We ordered a breakfast box when we left as we left early, this consisted of a sandwich or baguette with ham, bacon, egg and cheese, with fresh fruit & juice and was lovely! As we checked out we were given a luggage label with our initials printed on - such a lovely gesture!

Minor issues really, but just a note - room cleaning each day was later in the afternoon. You get 4 complimentary waters, but once gone, you have to wait till the room is done for them to be replenished..... Also, tiles by the sun lounges in the pool area were broken and could cut your feet if not careful...

The design is very unique. Located in the middle of the phuket town. May local restaurants, bars, shops nearby in walking distance. The hotel is very new and comfy, staff are friendly. Will definitely come back!

If you're visiting Phuket, let this be the only hotel you consider. We’re so sad to be leaving! From the moment we arrived, the Arco team, especially Bam, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and truly special. On Day 1, we were greeted with a refreshing drink upon check-in. Later that evening, we returned to find a romantic surprise: a candlelit setup with rose petals and bath oil ready for us to enjoy. On Day 2, the team surprised my partner with a beautifully arranged birthday gesture including flowers, a cake, towel art and a note even though his birthday was technically the next day. On Day 3, at check-out, we were gifted a personalised luggage tag engraved with our initials. Such a thoughtful and memorable keepsake. These are not your standard hotel experiences. I’ve never even wanted to use hotel bathtubs until this trip, but Arco’s cleanliness and attention to detail changed that. Bam, who kindly gave us a full tour of the facilities, even took off her shoes before entering our room. She explained everything so carefully and assured us she was just a phone call away for any requests. The walls are soundproof, and you can also request a flatter pillow. The hotel was spotless. Our sheets and towels were refreshed daily without asking, which is a dream for clean freaks like us! I usually wear slides, but I actually felt comfortable walking barefoot in our room. Arco has also taken the initiative to create their own shampoos, shower gels and hand soaps. Their Jasmine Rice scented ones were incredible! We’re leaving with full hearts and wonderful memories. It's more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience. Located just steps away from the vibrant Sunday Night Market, it's perfectly situated for exploring the Old Town. The rooms are cosy, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable—we especially fell in love with the pillows! This isn’t our first time here, and definitely won’t be the last. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort with character and a sense of place.

This hotel is truly underrated! It has a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the heart of the old town and popular local restaurants. The hotel concept is both modern and stylish. Helpful staffs. My room was clean and tidy, featuring a comfortable bed, a flat-screen smart TV, a large bathtub, high-quality in-house brand amenities, and complimentary Starbucks coffee capsules, along with four bottles of water! They also serve breakfast options until 1 PM, which I tried after checking out, and I must say, they were delicious! Overall, the experience offers excellent value for money. I will definitely return on my next visit to Phuket, and I plan to use the hotel souvenir on my future trips as well!
